Looking through a phone camera, in fact, mitigates the effects of myopia until the camera is removed.

It finally clicked in my head what people mean when they say they have free will.
It is to say that the physical world is not the sole source of any decision making.
I always that that was impossible, because I thought what they meant by that was that the alternative was that the universe would be nondeterminism, and that if u went to the future it wasn't set and each time u go there things would turn out differently.

But in reality that would just be randomness, as it would not be determined by choice but pure chance.


So I looked deeper at what free will is implying.

It is the will.
It is to say that the will itself has a say in one's actions.
It is free because the choice depends on OUR NATURE as ourselves, which would exist beyond materialism - THUS making the physical world not the single self contained source of ones decision making.

Those choices would be freedom because they would be situations that represent who we are as a self rather than as our physical aspects.
Determinism and free will can coexist, because it is conceivable these can be tracked chronologically and I see no reason not to...
This impact that the soul or will or whatever we call it is different from the rest of our brain because it is of the self beyond physicality.

All this to say free will exists because the source of our inner nature is not physical.

I had all the definitions, I knew all the aspects, it just never clicked together until now.

I guess I do believe in free will.
