Summary Single cell RNA-sequencing on all IL-23 receptor expressing cells in the intestine, revealing a dominance of lymphocytes including T cells and group 3 innate lymphoid cells (ILC3s).
 
Overall design For scRNA-seq, IL-23R+ immune cells were sorted from small intestine of IL-23R-eGFP KI (JAX 035863) mice and stimulated with recombinant mouse IL-23 for 2 hours.
