Nature's photo competition winners 2024

Nature’s annual photography competition attracted stunning images from around the world in 2024. 

We received more than 200 entries this year from researchers worldwide. The winner and the four runners-up were selected by a panel of Nature staff. All will receive a prize of £500 and a year’s subscription to Nature. View the winning photos here >>
