a–f, Electron doping varies from 0 to 0.3 e per atom. Γ (0, 0, 0), X (0.5, 0, 0), M (0.5, 0.5, 0) and R (0.5, 0.5, 0.5). The bandwidth of the phonon indicates the mechanical strength.
