All hands - in person this time! This week, we had the privilege of meeting face-to-face to discuss the wonderful things happening at the Salesforce Israeli site, view product demos, talk to a customer onstage and celebrate some meaningful milestones and accomplishments by our teams. Over the past few months, our virtual and hybrid all-hands meetings have been meaningful and crucial in our ability to monitor and listen to employees during these challenging times. However, connecting with everyone face-to-face offers an experience that cannot be replicated virtually. The opportunity to chat over coffee and applaud colleagues onstage is invaluable. During the all-hands meeting, we kept emphasizing the two elements that I believe are at the foundation of making our site a successful one: Innovation and excellence in execution. The combination of these two is the path to ensuring we continue to march towards cutting-edge products, while preserving our unique DNA and culture at Salesforce. Here's to another great all-hands, and looking forward to the next one!

This week, Salesforce Israel had the privilege of hosting thousands of people in our yearly "World Tour Essentials" event. Discussing technology for a day brought a welcome sense of normalcy despite the reality in Israel over the past few months. It was incredibly rewarding to meet our customers and witness the enthusiasm of our employees as they presented their work and shared their innovative projects on stage. A standout moment for me was hearing from Tech CIOs who reaffirmed that our efforts at Salesforce, particularly in AI and Data, are on the right track. It was also amazing to see how our partners and customers build their mission-critical stack on our platform, highlighting the significant impact of our work. A crucial part of the conference was the opportunity for employees from our R&D center to meet and hear directly from the customers who benefit from their hard work. This direct feedback is invaluable, as it connects the dots between development and real-world application. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who worked tirelessly to make this conference a success and create a platform that fosters such meaningful connections. Our Israeli R&D Center has been instrumental in the development of key products, including the innovative Data Cloud + AI, Field Service, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Distribution and Tech COO. These contributions underscore the team's ingenuity and its impact on a global scale. Despite facing challenges, our team consistently delivers exceptional results, showcasing our commitment to excellence. Thank you all for that! Recently we introduced Einstein Copilot. This conversational AI assistant for CRM, significantly contributed by our Israeli teams, stands as a testament to the impact our site has globally. I’m proud to say that our employees have shown that Salesforce Israel delivers no matter what. Salesforce's anniversary coincides with International Women's Day, underscoring the tremendous influence of women at our Israel site. We proudly acknowledge the invaluable contributions of women in both managerial and individual contributor positions, fostering diversity and equality. As we celebrate this dual milestone, Salesforce reiterates its commitment to promoting inclusivity, ensuring that our workplace continues to be a space where diverse voices thrive and contribute to our ongoing success.
