Celebrating Sucess and creating momentum at Our Wiley Sales Kickoff in Phoenix, Arizona! 🇺🇸 Last week, our global sales team gathered in the hot Arizona desert for our annual sales kickoff (SKO). 🌵🌞 It’s more than just a meeting; it’s a strategic session that combines goal-setting, team-building, and skills development. Our SKO brought together sales professionals from various levels and regions, along with key members of leadership teams and some of our board members. The take away message for me was Team Unity: Our SKO fostered a sense of unity and purpose, ensuring we’re all aligned for success in the coming year. We also had some fun in Arizona. This #EarthMonth, we're celebrating our trees - all 1 million+ of them. 🌳 Our partnership with Trees for the Future led to nearly 600 thousand trees planted across Africa by April 2023.
