🌟 **Here We Go Again: Stepping Into a New Adventure with AI** 🌟
Just over two years ago, I embarked on an incredible journey as ServiceNow Chief Marketing Officer, and what a ride it's been!
Today, I find myself at the threshold of another exciting chapter. In April, I will step into a new adventure as Global Head of AI Go To Market, to develop and operationalize a comprehensive AI GTM acceleration strategy. This move is a return to my roots in technology driven go-to-market, and one where I can also fully leverage the foundation we have built in Global Marketing.
In the last two years, our marketing team has achieved some transformative milestones. We've ignited a brand movement with our 'World Works with ServiceNow' and 'Put AI to Work for People' initiatives, reshaping our mission and purpose. Our event strategies have been revamped, delivering enhanced experiences through powerful storytelling. We've streamlined our marketing and sales around a global solutions framework, focusing on demand pipeline and outcomes backed by our robust product innovations. Moreover, we've modernized our marketing technology infrastructure to be data-centric, improving workflow automation and significantly lifting marketing employee satisfaction and productivity. These collective efforts have significantly contributed to the fastest organic growth seen in the enterprise software sector.
Now, as I pivot to AI, the goal remains the same: accelerate growth and transformation. ServiceNow’s approach to AI is built natively into our platform to supercharge all ServiceNow workflows, connecting, automating, and simplifying work across the enterprise. Our Gen AI integration with workflows is ready out of the box for our customers to achieve faster time to impact, better accuracy, less deployment complexity and greater end user satisfaction, all without the need to rip and replace legacy systems. And our AI is delivered through enterprise-grade, responsible, and ethical AI, uniquely addressing the biggest concerns around data privacy, security, and accuracy, by keeping the data in our platform and using targeted domain specific LLMs, which are built and optimized for workflow driven business outcomes. As I prepare for my transition, I'm filled with a sense of anticipation for the opportunities to innovate and shape the future with this powerful and differentiated approach to AI.
