Senior Digital Analyst

Dive into the evolving landscape of digital marketing as a Senior Digital Analyst at React Digital, where your technical acumen and strategic data-driven thinking are the keys to unlocking our clients' digital success.

In this role, you'll drive data measurement for the web and app digital ecosystems we build and maintain for our clients. You’ll weave a myriad of data points together to tell a story to your fellow React Digital collaborators and our clients. Your contributions and leadership will not only reveal insights around user behavior and business KPI performance, but serve as the data-fueled spark powering our strategic digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Help create a data-driven culture by contributing to the development of the latest tools and capabilities, through partnership with the strategy, CX, SEO, and development teams.
  • Interface with clients to understand their data needs and provide digital measurement recommendations.
  • Present data findings from digital audits, provide regular ongoing reporting on website and app performance, and continuously evolve measurement strategy.
  • Implement digital tracking through a variety of online tools (such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager), configuring and customizing the tools appropriately per client need.
  • Leverage analytical tools to understand digital interaction and conduct user behavior and engagement analysis to optimize customer experience, e.g. click through rates, user pathways, conversion analysis, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Manipulate and process data for analysis and distribution.
  • Develop quantitative reports from various data sets using presentation programs such as Google Slides or PowerPoint.
  • Build and present dashboards that not only visualize the raw data, but provide easy-to-understand and actionable insights for the client. Humanize data into meaningful business conversations and goals.

Need to have:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in data analytics or equivalent position
  • Enthusiastic about data and passion for turning numbers into actionable insights
  • Strong sense of ownership combined with intellectual curiosity and a proactive nature
  • Proficiency and certification within the Google suite (Google Analytics 4, Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager)
  • Demonstrated skill with data visualization software such as Tableau, Google Looker/Looker Studio, PowerBI and others
  • Advanced skill set with spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) for data processing and manipulation
  • Ability to deploy client-side or server-side custom digital tagging, as well as data layer implementation
  • Capability to thoroughly understand business KPI’s and ensure that the digital experiences are delivering against them
  • Understanding of digital optimization and A/B testing methodology (setup, execution, and analysis)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with strategy, SEO, UX, and development teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have list:

  • Experience with JavaScript and/or HTML
  • Technical knowledge of other digital analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Microsoft Dynamics, Hotjar, etc.
  • Ability to store and manage data through tools such as Google BigQuery
  • Experience working with artificial intelligence (AI) tools for digital tracking and measurement
  • Familiarity with statistical data modeling concepts
