Basic Function: Oversee and execute day to day communications efforts on behalf of Krupp Group clients. Develop original, out-of-the-box ideas to promote brands and seasonal brand strategies, secure product placement across, print and digital media. This role will support the Account Manager and Vice President to ensure we are focusing on big picture strategy and achieving client goals throughout our editorial, VIP and Digital Influencer practices.
Essential duties:
Support Manager and VP on goal driven client strategy development and execution across editorial, VIP and Digital Influencer services for clients
Pitch clients for product opportunities and designer/brand feature opportunities in traditional and non-traditional media channels
Contribute to updating client written and branded assets, drafting press releases and pitches
Create focused media lists and brainstorm new press vehicles for additional brand awareness
Identify new influencer talent and curate monthly product seeding targets per client
Support in executing paid and organic influencer programs including tracking deliverables, managing contracted deadlines, monitoring for social placements and sharing with clients in real time
Communicate with clients regularly on PR needs such as: collection assets, project updates, strategy development, editorial placements, etc.
Orchestrating PR tactics for each client, including market appointments, gifting mailers, events, etc.
Executing seasonal press previews & client events including but not limited to NYFW, launch parties, store openings, etc.
Maintain daily communication with clients
Building and maintaining key industry relationships with editors, stylists and influencers
Providing leadership experience and ability to manage a Coordinators:
Implementing and evolving processes and new procedures with sample trafficking, inventory, press clips, intern program
Oversee compilation of reports/recaps and call agenda
Qualifications:
Must be NY-based
At least 4-5 years of experience in fashion and lifestyle corporate communications
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge in global and corporate marketing preferred
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment
Strong interpersonal communications skills and excellent writing skills
Ability to manage several clients and meet their needs
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook and familiarity with Launchmetrics and MuckRack
