The HR Business Partner will provide HR support to the overall organization with a strong focus on onboarding, performance management, associate experience and engagement. Working in close partnership with Associates and Managers, this role is accountable for utilizing superb facilitation and communication expertise to deliver relevant, effective talent solutions and produce results while fostering strong business partner relationships. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, client-oriented, acts with a strong sense of urgency, and takes ownership of every project from beginning to end.


Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful partnerships with managers and leaders that will help foster your ability to drive people initiatives including onboarding, training, professional development, engagement, retention, career pathing, associate relations, and succession planning.
  • Play a key role in executing changes that increase organizational effectiveness and/or optimize efficiency.
  • Independently manage the associate life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Skillfully manage resolution of associate issues including escalation of sensitive or urgent matters.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of new HR initiatives.
  • Create and conduct company workshops that are tailored to company culture and values.
  • Manage company communication related to career development, performance and other exciting HR initiatives.
  • Develop best practices that enhance associate engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen retention and implement new solutions.
  • Ensure high degree of confidentiality of all corporate, personnel, legal, and financial matters.
  • Ensure that we’re delivering a best-in-class experience around our New Hire Process.
  • Analyze and maintain accurate HRIS reports/system.
  • Other ad hoc projects/reports.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology
  • 5-10 years of experience in a Human Resources function, with at least 2 years’ in a Generalist role
  • Experience in a leadership capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong follow-up skills, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality / discretion in all workplace and HR matters
  • Ability to work with all levels of associates
  • Thorough knowledge of HR employment related laws/practices is a plus
  • Experience learning and managing new technology systems
  • Highly proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


Annual starting salary is $100,000.


The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package. Our associates have access to other valuable benefits that our Human Resources team is happy to share with candidates during the interview process.
