This is a full-time role for a Federal Proposal Coordinator at Blue Tech Inc. The primary responsibility is to drive new business opportunities by coordinating the sales, vendors and Blue Tech resources to present a final product that helps Blue Tech win more RFP's. The Proposal Coordinator will play a critical role in the development and submission of proposals to federal agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the proposal process, from initial kickoff meetings to final submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines. Most of the proposal support will be for IT products and product-based services RFQs from high-volume contract vehicles. Requires supporting multiple small proposals simultaneously.
This role is located in the San Diego Metropolitan Area with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
Proposal Coordination, Proposal Preparation, and Proposal Management skills
Proposal Writing and RFP (Request for Proposal) experience
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
Prior experience with federal government proposals is preferred
Knowledge of IT solutions and technologies
