We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team to facilitate the growth of a new product/line of business. This role will be responsible for managing the results, strategy, execution and optimization of demand generation programs to fuel the top of the funnel, driving awareness and generating leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing multi-faceted digital marketing strategies and campaigns as well as a passion for making data-driven decisions.
Key Job Responsibilities
Execute and optimize comprehensive demand generation programs to increase brand awareness and drive high-quality leads into the sales funnel. Monitor and report on key metrics related to top-of-funnel activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Continuously improve website performance through SEO, A/B testing, and user experience enhancements to maximize traffic and conversions.
Develop, implement, and analyze landing page tests to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly known as Twitter) to drive engagement and lead generation.
Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target and engage high-value accounts with personalized content and campaigns.
Plan, promote, and execute webinars to generate leads and educate potential customers on Moventus solutions.
Utilize HubSpot for campaign management, lead nurturing, email marketing, and marketing automation. Ensure all marketing operations are streamlined and efficient.
Develop strategies to convert trial users into paying customers, utilizing email nurture programs and targeted follow-up campaigns.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns and nurture programs to engage prospects and guide them through the buyer's journey.
Track, analyze, and report on lead generation activities, providing insights to optimize campaigns and drive better results.
Other activities as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on demand generation and lead acquisition.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot.
Experience with Google Analytics, PPC, and social media advertising platforms.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
