We seek an analytical, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to optimize our digital presence and manage our media budget based on client needs. This role is mission-critical for our patient recruitment efforts and involves cross-functional collaboration across operations, product, sales, and marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for clinical trials.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google, owning the budget to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
  • Aggregate and report key insights to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the right information is effectively communicated to the right audience.
  • Incorporate learnings and patient insights from the operations teams into recruitment strategy.
  • Utilize SEO best practices and build upon existing efforts to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant market developments; stay updated on the latest digital marketing technologies and tools.
  • Launch region-specific recruitment strategies, adapting the approach to local culture and patient nuances (Leapcure works globally).
  • Implement continuous iteration and experimentation to maintain optimal performance.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a growing marketing team.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing; a focus on lead generation and/or on services-based companies is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies for a global audience, considering cultural nuances and regional differences, is a plus.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and managing expectations accordingly.
  • Proficient in using marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and other relevant technologies to streamline processes and enhance campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated history of innovation and a willingness to experiment with new digital marketing approaches and technologies.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare or clinical research industry is a plus.
