Fractional Demand, a B2B Ad Agency specializing in turning strategy into high-performing paid media campaigns, is seeking a passionate and data-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our growing team.
In This Role, You Will:
Own a book of business, managing paid media accounts for assigned B2B tech or B2B SaaS clients across various platforms, including: Google Ads, Google Display Network (GDN), LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter Ads, YouTube, Reddit Ads, etc.
Act as the account manager for the clients you manage
Develop and execute data-driven paid search and paid social strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
Manage campaign budgets, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional results that drive lead generation and ROI.
Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and stay current on paid media trends and platform updates.
Collaborate with clients’ internal teams (creatives, strategists) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Translate client needs into actionable campaign plans, goals, and KPIs.
Generate insightful reports and recommendations for clients, keeping them informed of campaign performance.
You Are The Ideal Candidate If You Have:
3+ years of experience working in-house at a B2B tech or B2B SaaS company managing paid media campaigns.
Proven expertise in paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, X Ads, Reddit) advertising.
A strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, lead generation strategies, and the B2B buyer journey.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaign optimizations.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to clearly communicate campaign results and recommendations to clients.
A passion for staying ahead of the curve on the latest paid media trends and platform updates.
The ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
