What will you do at Premier Construction & Design?

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Analyze project plans to create RFI’s and assess build-ability
• Generate and distribute requests for proposals
• Assist in bidding and estimating processes
• Assist in invoice and billing processes
• Create and process submittals
• Develop vendor scopes of work
• Analyze and mitigate project risks
• Assist in Superintendent and Project Management duties

Job Requirements:

The appropriately qualified candidate will have the following core competencies and required experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction
• Must be able to interpret construction documents, including project plans and technical specifications
• Possess a sound knowledge of construction methods
• Candidate must possess strong communication skills, organizational skills, computer skills, and problem-solving skills
• A high level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Project
• The ability to work as part of a team
• The ability to set and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
