Partnered with HR and legal to ensure that the design of the program met all relevant laws and corporates standards.

    The transformation has yielded fantastic results both in terms of customer feedback and employee engagement. By creating multi-functional Business Consultants we established a much more responsive organization that connects our solution set to the customer's business needs. In addition, we were able to roll out a consistent message and create true wow moments when engaging with prospects and clients.

Executing this strategic shift required the combined effort of Compensation, HR, Finance, Operations and Sales Leadership. Each function had to commit to significant changes in territory design, quota setting, talent development and a major shift in compensation structure. Over the course of 18 months ADP reimagined itself. The result: record over-plan performance and record sales growth. This will be an interactive and open discussion. The architects of this transformation will share the journey and give lessons learned.
