You're leading a remote team. How can you build a culture that fosters productivity and collaboration?
The keys to building a remote culture in my POV: + Reframe meetings as reviews for clarity on all gatherings exist. + Use the most appropriate systems for communications and set great rules for when, where, and how to use each tool. We use Hubspot, Slack, Google tools, Notion, Figma, and Miro. We have used Trello, Monday.com, and Asana and still struggle to find the right PM solution for being remote. + Celebrate all team wins. We use Slack and also have a system that allows for any person on the team to suggest a gift card be shared with a team member for acknowledging big and small wins! + Gather in person at least a few times a year to be together for authentic fun that's not connected to the work itself.
