Amanda is a born leader who willingly takes on new tasks and eagerly assists her team. She takes initiative to learn new technology and train others all while maintaining an extremely positive outlook. One of our favorite things about her is how she is able to prioritize her tasks and let others know realistic timelines based on her current workload. She is an efficient worker who finds creative ways to give a “smart yes”. She isn’t simply out to set up campaigns in the easiest or even fastest way, but in a way that benefits the client and their goal. She regularly addresses needs of the media team without being asked and provides a calming presence that helps set a good tone for the team in the midst of chaotic times. Amanda took it upon herself to energize Media Services with her eloquent, “Media Motivation”, at a time when she felt the team could use a boost. To take this on herself without any prompting or encouragement says everything about qualities that define a Platinum Performer. Moreover as our “wellness warrior” she leads the BTD Energy Zoom Group extending her passion for motivation over to the whole company. Her receipt of the Platinum Performer is well-deserved.
