There is no doubt in my mind that I’m on a winning team. How am I so sure? Because I’m surrounded by individuals who eagerly and humbly take the time to sharpen their saw. Our 2024 theme of the year is, "Play to Win." It felt all too fitting that our in-house MBA program fell in Q2 of this year. Over 100 team members signed up for this optional development program where we hear from, converse with, and ask questions to Executives, Founders, Board Members, and Investors on topics they are masters in: Business Financing, Business Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and more. That’s 100+ team members who committed 13+ hours to sharpening their saw in business acumen on top of their normal workload. Our 2024 MBA Speakers brought an immense amount of value to the team. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their generosity and vulnerability in sharing their stories, advice, and the failures that led them to winning.
