With a blend of talents and backgrounds, they're all about keeping it real and putting our team first!
Expel was founded in a barn in 2016
This is why we host monthly “Barndoggles” (all-company meetings) to keep everyone in the loop about our successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. We believe in transparent communication, especially as we're on a continuous growth journey and we like to inject some humor into the tech world by naming our conference rooms after the buzzwords we've left behind—think "Let's Unpack This," "Art of the Possible," and "Soup to Nuts."

We're all about supporting your well-being and growth here at Expel. Whether it's by flexing your work hours or location, unlimited vacation time to recharge, or investing in your learning with up to $2500/year for conferences. Beyond the standard medical, dental, vision benefits, we offer unique perks like our industry-leading parental leave policy, offering 24 weeks off (first 12 weeks fully paid). And because mental health matters, we provide access to TalkSpace, Ginger, Wellness Coach, etc.
