Privacy policy addendum

1. This addendum (the “PP Addendum”) modifies our Privacy Policy here [https://www.condenast.com/privacy-policy/#privacypolicy] and applies to non-EEA and Swiss readers and subscribers of the website www.lacucinaitaliana.com (“Website”). All capitalized terms used in this PP Addendum that are not defined herein are defined in the Privacy Policy.

2. Edizioni Condè Nast S.p.A. (“Condè Nast”), with a registered office in Piazzale Luigi Cadorna 5, Milan, Italy, (fiscal code 00834980153 and number of registration before the Companies’ Register of Milan MI399472), in its role as “Data Controller”, processes your Data (as defined under Section 1 of the Privacy Policy).

3. When providing You with the Service and Products offered through the Website, when administering the Website and when providing technical maintenance, Condè Nast, in its role as Data Controller, may communicate Your Data to Third Party Providers, which shall be Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR. You can easily learn the Data Processors appointed by Condè Nast by sending a request, at no charge, to the e-mail address indicated under Section 7 of this PP Addendum.

4. Your Data shall be stored on servers located within the European Union. Any Data collected for the purpose of providing You with the Website or Products shall be retained for the entire period in which you access or use the Website and/or Products and subsequently for no longer than the statutory limitation period. Any Data collected for the purposes indicated under Section 4 of the Privacy Policy shall be retained only for the period that is necessary for the provision of the relevant Products and Service and subsequently for no longer than the statutory limitation period. Moreover, any Data collected for the purposes indicated under Section 4 (4) of the Privacy Policy, i.e. for marketing communications about new features, events or Products offered by Condè Nast or Third Party Providers, shall be retained until You opt-out of receiving commercial communications or until you request the deletion of Your Data, except for cases where Condè Nast needs to retain such Data to defend its rights in relation to any disputes that are on-going at the time of the request, or upon formal request from public authorities. The Data collected for profiling purposes shall be retained until You withdraw your consent or request the deletion of such Data.

5. You may exercise the Individual Rights listed under Section 11(4) of the Privacy Policy by sending an e-mail to the address provided under Section 7 of this PP Addendum.

6. All other terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy shall remain in effect and unchanged.

Condè Nast has appointed a Data Protection Officer pursuant to art. 37, 38 and 39 of the GDPR, which is domiciled at the address of Edizioni Condè Nast S.p.A. and can be contacted at privacy@condenast.it, for any matter concerning the Data Processing.
