I guess “temporary copy” can be applied to other generated cards but since this card copies itself then just say “repeatable this turn” if you hate keywords so much.

Because you only get it back if it kills a minion, so it's not "repeatable this turn" or Echo because those don't have conditions attached to them. That's probably why
