Debi Chirichella is senior vice president of Hearst and president of Hearst Magazines, the world's largest lifestyle publisher with a portfolio of more than 25 brands in the U.S., 175 websites and more than 200 magazine editions worldwide, after serving as executive vice president, chief financial officer and director of global operations for Hearst Magazines. Chirichella is a member of the Hearst board of directors. 

She joined Hearst Magazines as senior vice president and chief financial officer in November 2011, overseeing the company’s strategic financial planning and reporting. Previously, Chirichella spent seven years at Condé Nast, where she served in a number of executive positions. From 2008 until early 2011, she was chief operating officer of Condé Nast Digital; simultaneously, beginning in 2010, she was COO of the Fairchild Fashion Group. Before that, she was chief financial officer of Condé Nast Publications.

Earlier in her career, Chirichella held several high-level planning, finance and operations roles at Primedia, and most recently, she served as CFO/COO at Prometheus Global Media.

Chirichella is a graduate of Princeton University and received her master’s degree in business from Harvard University.

Daniel Bernard is the chief product and technology officer of Hearst Magazines, the world's largest lifestyle publisher with a portfolio of more than 25 brands in the U.S., and nearly 260 magazine editions and 200 websites worldwide. In this role, Bernard oversees technology, product development and user experience across the business.

Bernard joined Hearst Magazines from Dow Jones, where he recently served as chief experience officer, overseeing product management, user experience, technology, customer intelligence and data and AI functions across Dow Jones’ portfolio of businesses. Previously, he was the general manager of Barron’s and senior vice president, deputy publisher of Barron’s Group (Barron's, MarketWatch, Mansion Global, Financial News).

Bernard has more than 20 years of experience in digital and product innovation. He first joined Dow Jones in 2006, serving as vice president of marketing and then as general manager and vice president of WSJ Digital. In 2008, he was named chief product officer of The Wall Street Journal digital network. Before returning to Dow Jones in 2017, Bernard was the chief product officer at Gannett.

Earlier in his career, he was head of product for Time.com, Fortune.com and Money.com. Bernard is a graduate of Rutgers University and The University of New Mexico. He currently resides in New York.

Regina Buckley is chief financial and strategy officer of Hearst Magazines, the world's largest lifestyle publisher with a portfolio of more than 25 brands in the U.S., 175 websites and more than 200 magazine editions worldwide. In this role, Buckley oversees the financial and strategic planning processes across the business.

Buckley joined Hearst Magazines in 2022 from Guardian News & Media LLC, where she served as president of the North American division.

Previously, she was chief financial officer and chief operating officer for the division, a position she held since 2018. During her time with Guardian North America, she helped reimagine the sales strategy, led the development of market differentiation pillars and delivered key operating strategies such as the business’ diversity, equity and inclusion plan. Over the course of her tenure, the division reported profitable growth every consecutive year.

Buckley has more than 20 years of experience in media publishing. Prior to joining the Guardian, she held several senior level roles at Time Inc., including leadership of digital strategies and partnerships for the company, plus financial and strategic oversight of many of the company's top brands.

Buckley is a graduate of Vassar College. She currently resides in Manhattan with her husband and two children.

Adwoa Dadzie is chief people officer of Hearst Magazines, the world's largest lifestyle publisher with a portfolio of more than 25 brands in the U.S., 175 websites and more than 200 magazine editions worldwide. In this role, Dadzie oversees the division’s people and culture department, which comprises the HR business partner, people operations and talent acquisition teams. 

Dadzie joined Hearst Magazines in 2022 with more than 15 years of experience working across various functions in human resources. Previously, she served as vice president, head of people experience, for the fitness and lifestyle brand SoulCycle.

Prior to that, Dadzie was vice president of human resources for Comcast Cable, where she was responsible for designing the global employee experience and partnering with leadership on performance management, talent strategy and cultural and organizational health.

In 2007, Dadzie joined the human resources team at PepsiCo, gaining valuable knowledge in the consumer product industry, before joining Nestlé USA and later Nestlé Waters, where she held several senior-level human resources roles.

Dadzie is a graduate of Trinity College and received her master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from New York University. She currently resides in New Jersey.

Jeff Hamill is executive vice president and chief media officer of Hearst Magazines, the world's largest lifestyle publisher with a portfolio of more than 25 brands in the U.S., 175 websites and more than 200 magazine editions worldwide. He is responsible for advertising pricing strategy across the company’s portfolio including corporate contract and agency negotiations.

Hamill joined Hearst Magazines in 1983 as a part of Hearst’s industry leading publishing training program and has held senior advertising sales management positions at multiple Hearst titles including Redbook, Cosmopolitan and Good Housekeeping. From 2000 to 2019 he led Hearst Integrated Media, the corporate sales and marketing arm of Hearst Magazines. Additionally, he is a member of the MPA Ad Marketing Committee, the New York Advertising Club Media Action Committee and is a former board member of the New York chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Hamill is a graduate of Washington & Lee University where he serves on the Williams School of Business board of advisors. 

Todd R. Haskell is senior vice president and chief marketing officer of Hearst Magazines. In this role, he is responsible for the corporate marketing functions for the world's largest lifestyle publisher with a portfolio of more than 25 brands in the U.S., 175 websites and more than 200 magazine editions worldwide. Haskell also leads Hearst Magazines’ marketplace and industry relations efforts. Hearst Magazines reaches over 300 million consumers every month across print, online, video and social media platforms. 

Previous to this role, Haskell served as chief revenue officer for Hearst Magazines Digital Media, during which the sector saw unparalleled growth in revenue and profits.

Before joining Hearst, Haskell served in a variety of leadership roles at The New York Times, including group vice president for advertising, where he was responsible for all sales activities on NYTimes.com and for cross-platform sales for a variety of The Times’ largest categories, including fashion, retail, culture and travel as well as their international sales offices. 

Haskell started his career at The New York Times Company in 1989 as an intern, later becoming an advertising account manager at McCall's. From 1994 to 2004, Haskell worked for Meredith Corporation in numerous positions, including general manager of Ladies' Home Journal, where he managed circulation, production, finance and operations, and managing director of Meredith Integrated Marketing. He also served as general manager for the 1998 launch of MORE Magazine, the successful title serving the baby boomer audience.   

Haskell earned a bachelor’s degree in history from St. Lawrence University and a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University. 
 

Lindsay Horrigan is the senior vice president, consumer growth officer of Hearst Magazines, the world's largest lifestyle publisher with a portfolio of more than 25 brands in the U.S., 175 websites and more than 200 magazine editions worldwide. In this role, Horrigan is responsible for leveraging data and insights to help drive growth across the company’s consumer revenue streams and customer functions, including subscriptions, commerce, licensing, marketing and membership operations.

Horrigan joined Hearst Magazines in 2024 from Wayfair, where she served as chief marketing officer of Perigold, Wayfair’s luxury home decor marketplace, and Birch Lane, a specialty retail brand.

Previously, she was the global head of consumer marketing and general manager of subscriptions at Bloomberg Media, overseeing the full marketing funnel and driving revenue growth across Bloomberg.com, subscriptions, newsletter, podcasts and a video streaming network, QuickTake.

Prior to joining Bloomberg in 2018, Horrigan was the director of marketing of the American Express Serve Card, responsible for branding, customer acquisition and loyalty.

Horrigan is a graduate of Boston College and Columbia Business School. She lives in Stamford, Connecticut with her husband and three children.

Lisa Ryan Howard is executive vice president, global chief revenue officer of Hearst Magazines, the world's largest lifestyle publisher with a portfolio of more than 25 brands in the U.S., 175 websites and more than 200 magazine editions worldwide. In her role, Ms. Howard is responsible for both U.S. advertising and marketing and Hearst Global Solutions, the company’s international commercial division that creates cross-market solutions for brands. 

Ms. Howard joined Hearst Magazines in 2022 from The New York Times, where she was global head of advertising and marketing solutions, leading all aspects of The Times’ ad business. She joined The New York Times in 2016 as senior vice president of advertising and was promoted to senior vice president, general manager of media, a position she held for four years.

Prior to that, Ms. Howard served in business and revenue leadership roles at Billboard, Yahoo and WebMD. She also spent 14 years at Condé Nast, where she held a variety of senior roles, including senior vice president, chief revenue officer of the Fairchild Fashion Group (WWD, WWD.com), publisher of Style.com and vice president of digital for Condé Nast Media Group.

Ms. Howard is a graduate of University of Georgia. She currently resides in New York City. 

Lucy Kaylin is the editorial director of Hearst Magazines, the world's largest lifestyle publisher with a portfolio of more than 25 brands in the U.S., 175 websites and more than 200 magazine editions worldwide.

In this role, she collaborates with both editorial and business leaders to uphold Hearst’s commitment to excellence, while helping drive content innovation and audience engagement across new and emerging platforms.

Previously, she was senior vice president of content for Hearst Magazines, where she helped fortify the brands and their editorial practices.

Prior to that, Kaylin was the deputy editor of O, The Oprah Magazine before being named editor-in-chief of the brand, which has since evolved into the multi-platform lifestyle destination and membership community Oprah Daily. During her seven years at the helm, the publication experienced extraordinary success, boasting one of the largest monthly magazine circulations and earning industry accolades, including two prestigious National Magazine Awards (and the cover contest award for her first issue as editor), Advertising Age’s “Magazine of the Year” and inclusion on the Adweek Hot List.

Kaylin joined Hearst in 2007 when she was named executive editor of Marie Claire (now owned by Future). She started her magazine career at Vogue before joining the staff of GQ, where she spent nearly two decades.

A graduate of William Smith College and Columbia University, Kaylin is the author of two books, The Love of God and The Perfect Stranger. She sits on the Dress for Success Board of Directors.

Brian Madden is the senior vice president of consumer revenue and partnerships for Hearst Magazines, the world's largest lifestyle publisher with a portfolio of more than 25 brands in the U.S., 175 websites and more than 200 magazine editions worldwide. In this role, he is responsible for growing consumer revenue streams including consumer products, commerce, strategic partnerships and subscriptions and memberships, as well as all consumer marketing functions for the company.

Madden is also responsible for overseeing the editorial and business operations of Hearst’s collection of enthusiast brands, which includes Best Products, Bicycling, Popular Mechanics and Runner’s World. 

Madden joined Hearst Magazines in 2010 as director of audience development planning, responsible for analyzing, forecasting and ensuring specific levels of audience size, engagement and ad inventory across a portfolio of more than 20 digital sites, including Cosmopolitan.com, Esquire.com, Goodhousekeeping.com and Harpersbazaar.com. 

Throughout his tenure, he’s held numerous executive roles, including executive director of audience development and social media, vice president of audience and strategic partnerships and head of digital development. 

Previously, Madden was associate consumer marketing director at Condé Nast, overseeing strategic planning, brand engagement metrics and web analytics for the company’s global portfolio. Madden also managed a business intelligence team that transformed the use of data and analytics that resulted in increased productivity, business insights and significant cost savings. 

Earlier in his career, Madden was retail sales manager at Vibe/Spin Ventures and associate retail sales manager at U.S. News and World Report. 

A graduate of William & Mary, Madden lives in Hoboken, New Jersey, with his wife and son.

Ronak Patel is senior vice president, general manager of the Lifestyle Group at Hearst Magazines, the world's largest lifestyle publisher with a portfolio of more than 25 brands in the U.S., 175 websites and more than 200 magazine editions worldwide.

In this role, she is responsible for developing and overseeing brand-level consumer strategies that drive innovation, revenue growth and profitability across the company’s Lifestyle Group of brands in the U.S.: Cosmopolitan, Country Living, Delish, Good Housekeeping, House Beautiful, Prevention, Redbook, Seventeen, The Pioneer Woman and Woman’s Day.

Previously, she was at Ziff Davis, where she rose to general manager of the Consumer Tech portfolio of brands. While serving as GM, she led global teams and operations across all facets of the business and was responsible for growing audience and diversifying revenue streams.

Prior to that, she was the senior vice president of marketing at Trusted Media Brands, where her role also included oversight of research, data strategy, ad operations and video. Throughout her career, she has held numerous senior level marketing and publishing positions, including vice president of client solutions across the network of brands at Time Inc. (now known as Dotdash Meredith).

A graduate of Rutgers University, she resides in New Jersey with her husband and three children.

Alicianne Rand is senior vice president, general manager of the Fashion & Luxury Group at Hearst Magazines, the world's largest lifestyle publisher with a portfolio of more than 25 brands in the U.S., and 175 websites and more than 200 magazine editions worldwide.

In this role, she is responsible for developing and overseeing brand-level consumer strategies that drive innovation, revenue growth and profitability across the company’s Fashion & Luxury group of brands in the U.S.: ELLE, ELLE Decor, Esquire, Harper’s BAZAAR, Town & Country and VERANDA.

Previously, she was at Venmo, where she was the head of marketing for nearly three years. While serving in the role, she led the team to nearly triple the digital payment service’s revenue streams, significantly boosted its user base and launched a multitude of consumer-centric products that helped innovate the company.

Prior to joining Venmo, she was the vice president of growth marketing at Rent the Runway, overseeing the platform’s integrated marketing, customer acquisition and retention strategy.

Earlier in her career, Rand was the executive director of global content and influencer marketing at The Estée Lauder Company, overseeing content, digital and influencer marketing across a portfolio of 26 brands. She was also on the founding team of NewsCred, a pioneer in the content marketing technology space, where she was responsible for the company's global brand strategy and revenue growth, which led to its acquisition in 2020.

A graduate of Georgetown University, she resides in Brooklyn, New York.

Jonathan (“Jonny”) Wright is the president of Hearst Magazines International, a division of Hearst Magazines, the world's largest lifestyle publisher with a portfolio of more than 25 brands in the U.S., 175 websites and more than 200 magazine editions worldwide. Wright is based in New York and oversees the global strategy and commercial and editorial operations across Hearst Magazines’ international portfolio, which is made up of seven wholly owned companies, five joint ventures and 42 licensees across 40 countries.  

Prior to joining Hearst Magazines, Wright was based in Hong Kong, where he served for three years as global managing director and group publisher of Dow Jones. During this time, he was responsible for defining and implementing growth strategies for The Wall Street Journal and Dow Jones.  

Previously, he was based in London, serving six years as the publisher of Financial News and WSJ Pro before being named publisher of WSJ EMEA, a role he held from 2012 through 2015. Wright first joined Dow Jones in 2010 as an advertising sales director for Dow Jones’ Financial News and was named The Wall Street Journal’s circulation director in Europe in 2013. 

Earlier in his career, he was publisher and group sales director at Euromoney Institutional Investor, based in New York. 

A graduate of Bangor University, Wright has served as a member on several boards, including FIPP and News Corp’s VCCircle.
