I had an enquiry before and I got answer but I wasn't satisfied. I further explained what I was asking about and got an detailed response. Thank you. Honestly so far I have no issue.

Very good but very lacking

A very good survey site but they could use the personal information they collect (and do they ever like asking those questions) more effectively.
They ask the same questions over and over just so they can largely ignore the responses, what a waste of time all around.

Toluna provides the best surveys

Toluna provides the best surveys. Compensation for surveys is always adequate and the surveys are usually fun and interesting. Support is very helpful and proactive when issues arise and quick to respond. I highly recommend this site.

Target groups

Surveys are easy to do. It is disappointing that so many of them don't allow you to complete it because I don't fit their target group. They might improve or broaden their marketing strategy if people like me can have input in the survey.

Improved experience

Improved experience with token points when survey does not meet profile. More rewards options compared to when I started with toluna last year.

soooooooooo You do not have the roles…

soooooooooo You do not have the roles required to access this portlet. rec,d 3-4 survey invites today & get this trying each beyond frustrated that and redeem request that have been lingering 3-4 weeks now (maybe within time frame they give not sure ) think the software needs an overall been with them for several years thinking of leaving perhaps what they want me to do ? sad very sad :(((

Better things to do

I'm tired of spending time doing surveys only to get to the end and be told "the survey is full". The reward system is extremely parlous in comparison to so many other sites. That is two surveys today and about 30 minutes of my life gone for nothing.

I have used Toluna for some time now…

I have used Toluna for some time now without many issues. However,on a few occasions this year I have had problems and delays with receiving Rewards. I am at present waiting for a large number of points from a completion weeks ago. Also ,I have had a Tesco Reward / Gift Card sent to me a few weeks ago which has a problem with Tesco accepting it. It is back with Toluna and I have still not had it resolved.

Satisfactory but not excellent

I was able to complete some surveys to the end. A small number of surveys are riddled with technical errors. Most frustrating are the ones that when having completed register an error on submission.

The survey was very informative

My experience are very great with the survey, I really enjoyed answering the questions. It made me think about the brand, price as well as what other people think.

Constantly redirects and never lets me…

Constantly redirects and never lets me finish the survey so I have started probably 15 surveys and haven’t received any points yet
I feel as though it just wants my information and will not let me have the points . Points turn into benefits and I am not benefiting from these surveys at all

Nice survey and genuine gift vouchers. Really liked the website.
It's just that after 20000 points, rewards to the survey slowly decrease.
