We had the heavy materials delivered by Tippers cheaper than we could get it in store at other local outlets.
We needed a couple of extra bags of cement to finish the job and their customer service dept made sure we had it on time and everyone involved was helpful. Thank you.

Order was expected on specific day so I waited in the job for it, only when I phoned to see if there was an approximate time on the delivery was I told that there were some problems with the transport and wouldn't be going, It would have been nice to have been informed of the issues in the morning as i wouldn't have waited on the job for 5hrs. That said, the person I spoke when I called was very helpful and polite and organised for delivery the following day.

Good value and quality the cheapest around. Only set back I ordered online for a Friday deliver so I could use over the weekend but didn’t deliver until the Monday and I can see Tippers from my House .

Ordered online - straightforward with a smooth delivery.
Would have ordered in store, however some members of the Rugeley sales team are extremely miserable and make you feel guilty for asking questions about stock and for product recommendations.

Long term customer of Tippers (30yrs plus). Rarely do I review experiences at merchants but today I feel it’s required.
Chris and his team in the plumbing department (Lichfield) are a credit to this company. Nothing is too much to ask. They are extremely knowledgeable and practically minded . Whether it be a boiler issue or simple stop tap, nothing is too much trouble.
The day to day support is invaluable .

Hi Jouberth, sorry you felt the need to leave this review. We have checked with the branch and driver and they have said the following. When arriving at your address, you asked if we could deliver it down your driveway. As per our delivery terms and conditions our vehicles have to park on the roadside/kerbside and are not allowed to park on private or shared driveways. As your property had a shared driveway, we wouldn't have been able to deliver without agreements by both homeowners/the landowner.
When the driver informed you of this, there was a mutual agreement on where the bulk bag could be craned to by our driver parking at the kerbside. At the point of delivery you agreed with this location and thanked the driver for this.

I ordered a patio paving pack online from Tippers at Tamworth together with sand and MOT and the service has been excellent. The staff have been really helpful both in store and in the yard. My change of delivery date request was readily accommodated and delivered as requested on new date.
I had a broken paving slab and it was readily replaced together with supplying some individual slabs. Would have no hesitation in using in the future.

Ordered online, rung to double check on delivery before paying. Very pleased with price as I had shopped around. Everything delivered and on time. I used the Lichfield branch, I spoke to Peter Williams who had impeccable manners and dealt effectively with my query. Also to add to this my wall is nearly finished and looks great. So I recommend them for bricks, blocks and materials. I would definitely use them again and thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Everything arrived really early (08.00) which suited me as I was able to do a full day’s work, the driver was polite and very helpful placing the bulk sacks and pallets where I wanted the.
The service and prices were so good I have another order arriving tomorrow.

Chris Carroll Kendall at the Lichfield branch is an absolute SuperStar & deserves a large wage rise.
So helpful & informative with my paint matching requirements. Certainly knows her stuff having been there a fair few years!! And it's top quality paint at a much better price than the F&B stuff from around the corner. £17.76 a litre, and it is bang on the same as Charlottes Locks by F&B.

Tippers were excellent. The buff paving slabs were a nightmare. The paper backing on the slabs was so glued on it took nearly 2 hours to clean up 9 slabs with drill wire brush and water leaving a paper slurry all over garden to clean up. Bought many in the past and none have been near this level of adhesion. Easy job turned into time consuming nightmare.

I did make a negative review but now realise my review should have made it clear that I was reviewing the reviewer i.e Trustpilot. However Tippers have seen my comments and I'll leave it up to them to deal with Trustpilot.
The point I was going to make about Tippers was that I was disappointed that one of my team called at their premises to purchase items. Unfortunately I was not able to pay for those items by card over the phone on a Saturday morning you might wish to consider to allow payments over the phone in future.

Brilliant, garden project, ordered 2 ton of decorative stones online, easy to use and arrived a couple of days later.

Excellent from start to finish. A very friendly & helpful delivery driver arrived with our order early in the morning as scheduled. The moffett delivery saved so much labour as all the heavy materials were delivered exactly where we needed them.
