A hardworking and personable guy! We felt very comfortable with him and our personal belongings, as he helped us move a full U-Haul with high end woodworking equipment, custom mid century furniture, and family heirlooms!
The day started in the rain, and he kept a great attitude helping us figure out logistics and source more help too!

Task Rabbit’s platform is user friendly,the project pricing is reasonable.The Tasker I had assigned to my project was skilled and courteous and completed the task in about 30 minutes and did not leave a mess to cleanup.

Stefan, the handyman that was sent by Task Rabbit was”exceptional.” He showed up on time, with the tools needed for the job, he was efficient and completed that task in a timely manner, he did not draw out the task and he was thoughtful and courteous and his work was wonderful.

I hired Luis. His profile said he had experience hanging blinds, etc. He didn't read the directions and drilled holes in 6 extra places where they didn't need to be, because he didn't read the directions or measure carefully. To add insult to injury he promised to come back and fix the holes he drilled so he gave me a phone number to do so but the number didn't work.

It was easy to make the appointment, the tasker was on time, knowledgeable and efficient. This being my first opportunity to use the service, I was quite surprised at the "trust and support" fee. Over 35% of the Tasker's rate. Seems extremely high compared to other like services. Care to explain?

Tasker was great- TaskRabbit not so much. Your platform is garbage to update, and you FORCE two factor authentication even when I never selected it. Makes it pretty difficult when I try to change payment info for the task and you send a text to a number I haven’t had in two years. That you can’t then change in settings, because you require…two factor authentication.

Our tech was on time he was polite and did a fantastic job putting together our three closets. When he was finished not a single scrap was left behind in the room. I would definitely use Taskrabbit again.

I wanted a TV installer. I selected a person from your app that you approved. But your contractor had no preparation in terms of work tools, and in general, I think he has no knowledge of installing large-sized TVs, and what your contractor did last time, maybe in an hour, by another company. It took two and a half hours and in the end they charged me for three hours.

It was easy to find a competent person for my task @ a somewhat reasonable hourly rate, but I think the app's fee is too high $60 on top of $41 per hour, plus the tax.

Well, actually, my initial efforts to set up an account were fairly poor. Your system didn't recognize my street number and only by using a different number did I outsmart your system. Your customer service response was awful, and if I had not figured it out, I would have been left high and dry.
However, the tasker who came to do my task was fantastic, and I will use the service again.

Michael knew how to trouble-shoot my wiring problem. He was able to bypass a wiring harness and we were good to go. Great experience and next day service was a big plus.

This system is easy to use and to book the equipped individual to do those household things that are complicated for us or just too lazy to do. Brilliant concept! Adan has been my first experience and he has definitely made me believe in this app and will continue to try to book him! He was friendly, and yet so professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and even taught me a few things. When you think of a stranger coming to your home, you get a bit worried but he has a sense of welcoming to him that made it comfortable. I look forward to using this app again! The service was very easy to use. I like the photos, expertise shared and customer reviews of each trade expert. Guillermo communicated well, arrived on time and finished quickly with a thorough job. I will use him again if possible.

I initially liked using Task Rabbit services for quick assistance with mounting or other apartment-related needs. However, the pricing approaches continue to get worse. They add a 25%-30% fee that goes to Task Rabbit not the tasker, most jobs have 2-hour minimum even if it only takes 15 minutes, then some taskers want you to add on for parking. Something that once cost $50 can run you $125 now. I will only be using it for absolute emergencies.

The trust fee was exorbitant. I missed the fine print on it upfront, so it was a surprise. It changed what I thought was a discount vs a traditional handyman into being more expensive.

Also cleaned up completely after himself.
