An excellent design process
Products we could view in a showroom with helpful staff
A really excellent installation service by Andrew Bentley.
The only problem we had was with the delivery. We were advised that delivery would be in the “AM”, but that was the only information provided. The first we knew was phone call at 0702 (which woke us up), followed by a ring at the doorbell one minute later. The staff offered no apology despite the company saying we would get a phone call/ SMS message ahead of delivery.

We had waited a few years to get our new fitted wardrobes and the team at Sharps did an outstanding job all the way through the process. We have an odd shaped room with double height ceilings, sloping roof and exposed beams, so not a straight forward fit. The measurements, advice and installation were all first class to deliver a result that fits perfectly into our room.

A special mention to our installer Daumants, who worked tirelessly over three days fitting the wardrobes and chest of drawers into a very odd-shaped space. An outstanding quality of workmanship all round, very polite and a pleasure to have in our home on this project ... and he left the room cleaner than he found it. Would definitely recommend. Excellent design and installation process from Sharps.
I have an odd shaped bedroom with sloping roofs so not a straight forward fitting process. The measurements and installation were all great and the wardrobe fits perfectly into the room.

My installer Scott Mackenzie worked tirelessly to fit the wardrobes into this awkward space. He was very polite and amenable and always on time. His workmanship was excellent and he took time and care to get all the angles correct. I would definitely recommend Scott to others for the installation process. Many thanks.

We`re very happy with our new Sharp`s fitted wardrobe.
The quality, and service provided is excellent ! . Most of all a big THANK YOU! to our fitter Paul Sawyer, who did a really professional job putting it all together.And in no time at all. Paul must be a great asset to the company.
And much appreciated by us for all his hard work.

Cannot fault our fitter Mark Trick, great attention to detail and the finish of our new furniture is to the high standard expected. Design and finished furniture fit very well into the room, making a very useful and tidy home office.
Only issue we have with Sharps is their keeping to informed time schedules- the whole fit happened sooner than expected which wasn’t really a problem, but we were told a 1-2 day fit and it was definitely 3 days.

We ordered a bedroom and are extremely pleased with the quality of service, components and fitting.
Our fitter was Dustin Walker. He was prompt and very polite and tidy. His workmanship is outstanding and showed us the features of the bedroom including how to adjust components if necessary.
Well worth the price for the convenience, workmanship and quality. Five stars from me

From walking into the office at Wilmslow we were greeted and sat down to discuss what we required. From that moment it could not have gone better. We received up to date emails at every stage and everything went like clockwork. Each individual we dealt with very professional and dedicated. I would certainly recommend to friends & family.

Delighted with my new wardrobe 😍
The design is great and I am really impressed with the quality. The fitters, Damon and Kristina, worked like Trojans paying attention to every detail. The waste was tidied and the room left clean and tidy ready for the carpet to be laid. They were so friendly too and accommodated my requests. Can't fault in any way. Thank you!

Martin Padgett the designer was great, took the time to clearly explain everything and help me decide what I wanted.
When it came to arranging the fitting Sharan Kaur went above and beyond to arrange for a fitter who could get the wardrobe installed in the timescale I needed- thank you. As for the fitter, I was incredibly lucky to have Michael Clidaras to fit my wardrobe: he was so polite and his work ethic was second to none. If only there were more Tradespeople like Mike, the world would be a better place 😊

My new wardrobe look pretty fabulous.The service from sharps from initial contact through to completion has been excellent the system just happened with no problems.Special thanks to Alan Neill our fitter,arrived when he said he would,worked very hard during fitting despite warm weather and small room,telling us how the fitting was progressing.Special thanks to Ray senior manager who paid us a visit,and helped us with the carpet.I’m sure someone sent him as we were struggling.I would recommend Sharps with no doubt to anyone thinking of new wardrobes etc.

Chris transformed my bedroom space and I could not be happier with the result. From start to finish he was professional, reliable and skilled. He asked for my requirements and offered sensible solutions. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were top notch. He kept the work space clean and when the installation was complete he re cleaned the whole room. I can not recommend him highly enough

Just wanted to comment on the excellent Sharps fitting experience we had recently. Some hall and study furniture fitted without fuss. Simon C worked quietly and efficiently with occasional questions and checks to keep us appraised of his progress. One of those checks made us realise we should think about different handles. Follow up seven years later.
Extremely happy with the original bedroom fittings six years ago.
Recently we needed a replacement hinge and a drawer front replaced.
One phone call to Tracey in Customer Services and within three weeks hinges and a new drawer front produced and fitted. Excellent support with a call later that day to ensure that all was well.
Paul the fitter excellent, friendly & professional.

We used Sharps, as we needed to maximise the space available in our bedrooms. The process is 3 stage, 1) a consultation with the designer 2) the surveyor visiting do confirm the designer’s recommendations 3) the fitter completing the fit.
Our fitter was Mark Fletcher and he was excellent. The end product was superbly finished and absolutely perfect to what we required. Thank you.

A great process from start to finish.
From design, to managing the specification to fitting- the process has been smooth and we have got the furniture we wanted. Especially in a more difficult loft space. The wardrobes fit perfectly into the space.

The wardrobes were fitted to an incredibly high standard by Scott McGivern. He was highly skilled and hardworking and we love the finished product.
Would definitely recommend to others!

Sharps were due to install two fitted wardrobes for us. The designer and surveyor both measured the space wrong so the installer was only able to install half of our wardrobe. No response or communication from Sharps despite now being left with an unfinished wardrobe and nowhere to store our clothes. Seriously, avoid this company at all costs. I'm guessing a lot of the positive reviews on here are fake because it seems like the majority of recent reviews have had a similar experience to us...

Great service from Chris the whole time, always on hand to reply to my questions via email. The surveyor was very thorough and helpful.
Fitter Tony Randerson did a great job, finish in spot on. Tony Left my bedroom very tidy after the fit and was very friendly the whole time.

The quality of the wardrobes is brilliant, Tony has fitted them incredibly well.

I am very happy!
