I went to mycar Tyre & Auto Fairfield last week as a new customer and am very happy to say I was pleased with the wonderful customer service by Peter. He told me the few things that needed to be done for my logbook service including pink slip and were dealt with straight away at a very affordable price.
I will be taking my car here from now on. Thank you, Peter and thank you to the mechanics who put my car back on the road :).

I have always been happy with K-Mart tyre and auto, i wouldn't buy tyre's or get a wheel alignment anywhere else, as a qualified mechanic i know good work when i see it, keep up the good work guys. thanks for bending over backwards to fix two punctures for me recently.

Apparently both cv boots split, leaking grease, neither 2 inner or outer boots split, also quoted to replace complete driveshafts at $1100 for parts when cv boot kits available for $120 for 2
Also apparently both front shocks are leaking to my surprise neither had any signs of a leak but thats ok a mere $896 will rectify that problem
Thanks for the advisory of $2637 worth of work that does not need doing

Everything was awesome. I only didn't give 5 stars because the Wheel alignment is $10 more expensive than the competition (Bob Jane's Tyre). Perhaps I could have got some discount because I am not a new customer; 3 years ago, in Brisbane (Cooparoo store), I bought 4 new tyres. Anyway, in overall, excellent experience. Thanks!!

I dropped my Pajero off at Delacombe early morning and the bad wheel bearings were replaced same day with a competitive price.1 always get my cars serviced at either Mycar Delacombe or Mackay when we caravan up north.

I went into my local mycar depot to book in brake rotor and pads service yesterday.
My business vehicle was getting close to requiring a brake service and thought it would be proper to organise a day given
how busy they are and the need to schedule my time as well!
They had one of their rare occasions to fit me in- 3.30 in the afternoon!
By 4.30 my truck was done-screw in tyre fixed which I was unaware off!
It’s quite unusual that a national organisation provides such excellent and personal service.
The team at Ballina mycar have given me exemplary service for the past 20 years!
Special mention to their manager Rachel, she is such an asset to your business.

I have been a customer of Kmart tyre and autos and Mycar auto at Lakeside Joondalup for many years.
This week I had my Ford escape serviced and then found I needed plenty of other jobs doing to keep it roadworthy.
Yesterday Mycar Joondalup did all the jobs some of them big jobs very very well.
I have to give credit where it’s due and The store manager Pieter Lombard and no doubt his team were stars.
My Ford Escape is 18 years old and I have owned it for 14 years, it has never been so good to drive.

The team were very helpful while fixing the punctured tyre which was damaged because of small gutter incident. Didn’t charge anything. But wish they can also fix the wheel rim in their store.

Aaron was exceptionally accommodating. Rocked up Thursday at 4.45 as had a flat tyre. He booked me in for 9am Friday and the job was pretty much complete within 45minutes. Highly recommend and Aaron was a delight to deal with. He is a credit to the team.

Excellent Service
After my shopping I noticed I had a flat tyre. I took the car to MYCAR MARRICKVIILE . I didnt have a booking but they fixed my tyre within 30 minutes. The gentleman at reception was just excellent and called me in a short time to advise my car was ready to go. Cannot thank them enough for their prompt service.
