is not an " experience " , it is a miracle

is not an " experience " , it is a successful and brilliant rescue made by an insane ALEX who recovered all my files in one shot.

if you wonder how you can rescue the impossible , easeus tech specialists will safely and fast recover your problem.

in my case i had tons of datas " vanished " in one shot. my technician did recover 100% of the problem with high class.

do not hesitate, no matter the fact that it has a cost, the benefit is priceless in terms of time, quality and speed.

Thank you EaseUS.
and my absolute respect to Alex. this man is superhuman .....

It worked!

I decided to buy a monthly subscription after researching how to transfer (paid for) music from my old ipad to my new ipad. (I very much support paying for music as my SIL is a songwriter. The issue is that Apple didn’t recognize the older paid for music when I did the iCloud transfer of files — only the more recently purchased music from Apple.). EaseUS mobimover seemed to be the program that was able to solve my dilemma. I downloaded the files from my old ipad to my PC and then transferred them to my new ipad. (Disconnecting the old iPad after the download to the PC.). The process was seamless and I’m thrilled to once again have access to all of my music.
Joey, from the EaseUS chat support, was extremely helpful in answering subscription plan and software questions.

I recently purchased and activated…

I recently purchased and activated EaseUS on my PC without any issues. However, I encountered a problem when trying to activate it on my MacBook. I reached out to customer support via live chat, and Joey was incredibly helpful. He patiently guided me through the troubleshooting steps and resolved the issue quickly. Thanks to Joey, the product now works perfectly on both my devices. Highly recommend EaseUS for their excellent support and effective solutions!

Un/Encryption Knowledge problem understanding how it works

Today I had a problem understanding something related to encryption of drives. In a short and efficient chat with an EaseUs agent
and a TeamViewer session, the matter was resolved within a few minutes.

After a motherboard upgrade reinstall

After a motherboard upgrade I needed to reinstall the Easeus products. This worked for all but one product and I had to contact customer service. It took less that 5 minutes to resolve the issue. Great service and not the first time. Other companies should emulate this one.

so far positive experience

so for bought around 10 softwares from this company the deals were great and the best thing is they offer lifetime upgrades unlike others who charge you on yearly basis again and again. also customer service is very help ful. so far i am having good experience with the company. would recommend it to every body to give them a go.

Well the your web page said one thing

Well the your web page said one thing, but the information I was looking for was already incorporated into the software, making this a little confusing. And Ewan was able the show where information I was looking for, was at. In this instance Disk Health is no longer part of the "Discovery" list of things that can be installed, it's just in "details".

Quick and efficient reponse

Claire, helped me to reset my license in less than a minute. Extremely fast and professional. Usually its a frustration when contacting companies for this type of help, so I was pleasantly surprised how quick and easy it was. Not a million unneccesary questions, just a sharp response. What I liked most about my experience …was that I didn't feel rushed.

I gave 2 suggestions, which Jennifer offered to pass on to the developers for the next update.

1) Make it possible for additional subscriptions to be added...
2) The Questionnaire is bright, very. bright...It's great for the first time. I gladly offered my review. Ticked off the" Don't Ask me again" box but every time I reopened the downloader, there it was again.... and again...

EaseUS ToDo Data Backup Application

I experienced a technical issue with an application by EaseUS, ToDo Backup. I contacted the company via their support (Human) support chat. The technician joined the chat within minutes and remotely repaired the application, now it is working properly. I have used this application successfully for many years. I also use two other applications made by EaseUS, Partition Master and Data Recovery Pro. Whenever I have a problem, EaseUS always provides prompt efficient service. Promised Purchasee Confirmation Not Yet Received

Nine hours ago, I chatted with Cary about an EaseUS purchase I made where i mistakenly used an obsolete email address. He told me that he would correct the email address and that I should expect a purchase confirmation email message within 15 minutes. I gave him the correct email address and so far, all I have received is the chat transcript.
