Impossible is nothing

You can. Create all type of website that you can imagine , but I think there a gap that is chat system between user and post owner , if there was a chat system then it is a complete project, shower thank you very much crocoblock Team.

Top Tier Support

Facebook support went above and beyond! Was expecting to be sent to a support/ticket system but the person I was speaking to was extremely knowledgeable and provided a fast and effective solution. Whoever was on FB support at the time of this review deserves compensation beyond acknowledgement! 10/10

Great Service from Yaroslav

I'm a long-time customer of Crocoblock. Today, I received the best service ever. I had a problem with a query builder. Yaroslav was extremely helpful. From the beginning, he assured me that he was going to help, showed service orientation, and provided the necessary empathy. He solved my problem quickly and provided clear explanations. He is truly a pro!

They are always courteous

Stay away from JetMenu plugin

Stay away from JetMenu plugin!
This is the worst menu I have ever seen for Elementor. This plugin is full of bugs at this moment. On vertical menu if your submenus content is shorter you can't even reach the content. For this plugin to work and not mess all your site you have to disable the Elementor performance Improved CSS Loading, otherwise all your list types will be messed. The support is not doing anything, so stay away from a faulty plugin!

Regarding the compatibility with Elementor's experimental features such as Improved CSS Loading, as these features are still in the experimental stage, we can't ensure full compatibility at this moment. We recommend disabling these experiments until they are officially released by Elementor to avoid any style issues. We are committed to updating our plugin to support these features once they are stable.

Concerning the Vertical Menu, we recognize the lack of a mouse leave delay option. We appreciate your feedback and have noted this as a feature request for future updates.

Shoutout to the Support team!

Today I was setting up a new website for a client that sells car occasions, and what a relieve was the help I got from the Crocoblock Team to help me set up my best functioning listing page I've ever built. I've managed to set up special filters my client requested, but which I didn't knew how to build at first. I am so happy I learned new things and am now able to build better listing websites.

One of the Best Customer Support teams

The Crocoblock support team is truly amazing. Every support team member I've worked with has been absolutely fantastic. Yesterday, I was stuck on something that turned out to be a bit more complicated than I had originally anticipated. Olena from the support team patiently worked through my issue and helped me figure out a solution late into the evening. Although the amazing experience yesterday was specifically with Olena, the same can be said about everyone on the support team that I've worked with in the past (Volodymyr, Hanna, Alina, Maryna, Maria, Anastasiia, Ivan, Igor, Vladyslav, Natalie and everyone on the team). You guys rock.

Best Support I Have Seen in Years

I have to say I have been in the WordPress environment since 2004. The support from Nikita and the crew at Crocoblock/JetEngine is second to none! Great support

I like the concept and the depth it gives me with Elementor/Wordpress set-ups. I totally agree with the sentiment here that the support is first class. Spoke to Olena today

Spoke to Olena today, Honestly, the support was flawless, overcome my issues in quick time. Also, I have communicated with a few other members of their support team (names forgotten atm, sorry) and the standard is always the same.

Crocoblock Suite is a huge learning curve to some, me included but, without the unique support I would not of considered the lifetime purchase. Total game changer these tools!

When your on a project deadline and have to use support....... Need I say more :)

Review about the support team

I'm going to give you an opinion on Crocoblock support, because jetengine has so many options, that it can get a bit complex and you might need support one day.

And well, know that the support will be the best user experience you will have.

I paid for the lifetime offer, so I don't pay any subscription and yet, I have a complete, ultra-competent support team at my disposal.

They really made me change my view about the quality of support I must provide to my clients as a website creator.
