Our customer support agent, Clay, has been an absolute delight, helping and assisting us with either where to do things, how to do it, sending out info again so we get the correct login details.
After getting a move from other hosting website done, he spent time to help unpack and make sure that everything was running as should be with no hiccups down the road.
5/5 and a true delight to meet such support staff! I would highly recommend Bisect just from their top notch support!

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. they guided me through the process to get my mods onto the server, from there they added everything on their end. it is because of this and the really kind and knowledgeable staff that i will continue to use BisectHosting for all my future Server Hosting needs. keep it up your all phenomenal!

Was hosting a server and wanted to transfer to a different kind of server. Unfortunately it wasn’t possible, so the agent helping me suggested that I cancel the server and host a new one. I canceled my server only to receive no credit, and later read their policy, stating that they can’t provide refunds for the rest of the billing cycle. I was intentionally misled and they ran off with $200.

I really loved how helpful and knowledgeable Darian R was. He was super helpful and patient with me. Very understanding too. Unfortunately i lost connection with the live chat, and was sent to another specialist. This person was no where near how nice and accomadating Darian is. He truly deserves everything great and good this world has to offer. Thank you Darian you are amazing and were so helpful! :)

The person was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. They answered my questions, and gave me some feedback as to how i may be able to get some stuff on my server, even sending links to guides for me to watch.

I can honestly testify that Bisect Hosting has the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Their ticket submissions and live chat provide a great deal of help. While I have only ever used their services to host minecraft servers, I have no doubt in my mind that their other services are extremely satisfactory. They also have several help pages and a user-friendly web page. Not only is their services amazing, but their prices are fair. They also offer several promo codes for first time users that can take up to 25% percent off. Overall, Bisect Hosting is a great platform that I would highly reccomend.

Sky was a TREMENDOUS help! I was having a really hard time getting mods to work on my server. I tried everything to get it going. I followed the videos and the knowledgebase to the letter, I scrolled reddit for answers, I watched videos that had nothing to do with my issues to try to glean some sort of helpful info and nothing worked. I caved in and reached out for support. within maybe 20 mins Sky picked up my ticket and seemed really eager to help. they got mods installed for me super quickly and restarted my server for me. then I had some additional login issues so they decided to move my server to a different node and that fixed everything! I'm a relatively tech savvy person but Sky swooped in like some kind of IT magician and fixed everything with professionalism and speed.

The timely service was excellent. My friend and I decide to buy a mod sometime past midnight and I was struggling miserably to get the server running for multiplayer. However, we decided to ask for help through the tickets option. And to our surprise, we received help setting the server up late at night and we enjoyed the opportunity to play together. So thank you for you services!

Support answered my ticket within a few minutes and was incredibly nice and helpful, immediately suggesting solutions for my problem and following through with them soon after, taking less than an hour total. Incomparable to customer support from other websites that easily leave you hanging for hours or even days.

In the beginning of starting up the minecraft server there were a few issues. Your fantastic support team helped me to get the server up and running very fast and smoothly. The help that you need will surely be granted and that's what I love about bisect hosting!

It's pretty awesome, but sometimes the server lag to much for like 2-5 seconds and after that it runs perfectly fine, any idea?

Server runs well until it doesnt. Customer support is helpful with my issues for the most part. However, my server has gone down multiple times within a period of a week and I've gotten no compensation for the downtime which is unfortunate to say the least.

The available Settings are overwhelming and highly customizable

If i ever had a problem and felt lost, the Support REALLY quickly helped me out and even fixed the problems themselfs

I had trouble trying to load my modpack into my multiplayer server. After opening up a ticket, I asked various questions which were answered rather quickly! They showed me how to look into my launcher's logs, addressed to me what caused certain issues, and everything got sorted out now. The staff are cool ppl.
