If I could leave a one star rating I would

If I could leave a one star rating I would. I purchased a pool vacuum from Aidot less than a year ago and when it failed to work, the company just gave me nothing but the runaround and false information concerning a replacement. Horrible customer service. They lied to me over one dozen times over a six week period and still no resolution. Horrible company. Do not purchase from Aidot.

Must Have!

My water tank broke recently and the AiDOT water detection devices saved us from significant cleanup and severe water damage to the storage items in our basement. Very glad these items work by alerting me immediately via audible alarm, text message alert and email notification. Highly recommend -- these are a must! I have three of them places next to items that contain/use water like the water tank, dishwasher, etc.

Sorry customer service

The product doesn't work. The vacuum itself will not turn on. Still dealing with multiple emails with no resolution. You can only talk to one person Tom who is no help and Deric by email who is no help. Still trying to get issue resolved and no luck and no help

Amazing experience so far!

Between the customer service and the product experience, I want more! Helpful and informed customer service agent make an exceptional product even easier to use. My alexa smart home products merged seamlessly and I'm looking further into the AiDot offerings.

AiDot has been a great company. Their great attention to customer service and detail makes any issue a breeze. They are patient, respond quickly to emails and handle the customer with great respect. For that I am very thankful! Great job AiDot!

We are thrilled with our new…

We are thrilled with our new humidifier! It has significantly improved our breathing and helped us wake up feeling more refreshed. The app is incredibly convenient for monitoring, and we appreciate the notifications that alert us when it's empty.

I love my bulbs

I love my bulbs. I’m converting my whole house to these. They work wonderfully with Alexa. Wish I had known about these earlier. They are not only fun but they light up the rooms beautifully.

Coolest light bulbs ever

These light bulbs that I bought from this company are the coolest light bulbs I have ever had. They work beautifully and I love how they can change colors depending on the mood or just have soft light or bright light or whatever. Awesome!

AIdot Lightbulbs

Bought several types of LED wifi lightbulbs to replace my old WeMo devices. All went smoothly with the purchase and setup. We like being able to control the setting using voice commands. So far, we are enjoying our experience with them. The only negative is for one of the RF30 spotlights outside, the seal on the base was broken so water got down there and the bulb itself was not waterproof, so there was water on the inside of the bulb, which was surprising to me.

good customer support and communication

I purchased some Matter lightbulbs to try out. Found them to work well and integrate easily with Apple Homekit and Hubitat. Ended up buying more bulbs to replace some older ones that were causing some issues. All of the new bulbs are working great. After becoming familar with the Aidot app I explored what other products were supported. I ended up getting a Winees M3Pro wireless camera to try out. Being familiar with Wyze cameras I found the M3Pro to be very competitive with them. The M3Pro was easy to set up and has a good image, the Aidot app makes it easy to manage the camera and view the recordings on the added sd card. If you are looking for a reasonably priced cam you should check it out

I have been using their lightbulbs for…

I have been using their lightbulbs for a couple of years, as well as their app, and they work perfectly. I never have any issues syncing the bulbs to their app, and there are no random glitches or anything of that nature as well.

Additionally, I recently purchased a food processor from one of their sub brands ganiza, and that has been amazing as well. Very portable, quiet, and gets the job done.

Best products around town

First off, lemme say I had no problems with this company, and reached out to me first. That's outstanding and awesome in of its own.

2nd, the lights work so well and pairs effortlessly.
3rd, if you still have questions or worries, well let's try to put them to rest with the fact that, support for the products is on point and rewarding, prices aren't outrageous, oh and did I mention they actually have a caring support team and ready to assist.

Smart bulbs and the air purifier review

I had bought several packs of smart light bulbs as well as the welove air purifier. Each item has an easy set up pairs and links to my Alexa with in minutes and without issues l. I’d estimate pairing and linking to Alexa only takes about 2 minutes. The bulbs have a great option of color choices as well as a dimming option. The air purifier also has air quality monitoring built into the app so you know what’s in the air from pollen to wildfire smoke. It also has a programmable sleep mode.
This company has made some great products that are simple and easy to use

The boss of air purifier

It's a great company, providing good purifier air. I have one for my purifiers in my living room, and a small one in my bedroom. The air from my apartment is way different than before. As an asthmatic person, I highly recommend their purifiers. They know how to take care their people 🫂

I am in love with these lightbulbs!!

I am in love with these lightbulbs!!! I have 7 in my house and want more. I’m disabled and there are days when getting up to turn off a light is literally too painful to do. These bulbs allows me to turn them on and off no matter where I am. I turned on my lights from over 600 miles away. I also have a husky that is afraid of the dark lol My dog sitter was late and it started to get dark Instead of making her sit and wait in the dark for an hour, I was able to turn the lights While four states away

I Placed an Order - Never Received

I placed an order, and when I tracked it, I saw that it says it was delivered on 2024-04-07 at 14:55. I've searched around my house, and I can't seem to find the package. I have also asked my neighbors if it was accidentally delivered to them and they did not get it either.

I was hoping that I would be able to get more information about where the delivery driver left it. If that still doesn't help me find the package, I was hoping I could get another one sent or be refunded.

I also went to my local post office and the ones in the surrounding area, and none of them were holding my package. I did provide them my name, address, and the tracking number and they said that they didn't have any packages for me and that the tracking number wasn't a USPS tracking number.

Needed to return an item I no longer…

Needed to return an item I no longer needed but customer service is saying the package had been opened and used showing signs of staining, I asked for pictures showing the staining with no answer. They’re only offering me 50%credit. This is a joke and ripoff
