“Rarely have I seen someone able to implement so much change to a large company in such a short amount of time. Michael has single-handedly changed the face of AR and PR at Rackspace, and delivered some amazing results at the same time. Michael’s focus has largely been on integrated campaigning; delivering a ‘PR first’ approach and embedding PR throughout our whole marketing process. This has enabled him to prove the value of PR better than I have seen before, whilst also building strong connections with colleagues across our Marketing department. Michael has also taken on the AR challenge at Rackspace, and delivered a framework and process that allows us to drive revenue through our relationships with the analyst community, whilst at the same time providing vital insight to the business. Michael is a loyal, hard working perfectionist, who strives for excellence and takes others with him. He’s build incredibly strong relationships with everyone he’s worked with and is a true pleasure to have on a team. He has a wicked sense of humour, and great tales of fishing on the River Zambezi!”
