Ryan Simpson - Legend of a guy ! Travelled 4 hours with sales guys messing up the location …. But with Ryan’s help and professionalism, the process once on site was a breeze! overall experience was great ….. they could benefit from a receptionist or a queueing system that’s easy to follow though

You're sales man was a very nice chap…

You're sales man was a very nice chap but when I got home had found I had no locking wheel nut key only had one fob no spare if this is the way the company is going I won't be going back I have had five cars from you and recommended numerous friends to buy from you but never again.

Sarda @ Wolverhampton

We got served by a lovely worker called Sarda, he was very helpful, got us a couple of cars to look at, showed us around. He also didn’t mind bringing the same car round twice, took us for a test drive, showed and spoke about all the technical aspects of the car. Very happy customer, 100% would recommend to anybody looking for a car. Lovely staff all round.

Max was a polite young man

Max was a polite young man, and we felt comfortable and relaxed. Although it took quite a while to go through the purchase routine we made it in the end.
There was a bit of haggling on the purchase price, but we I suppose this is normal.
Quite happy with the overall experience.

Excelent service and Sales

We travelled from Teeside to pick this car up.
Harby was really friendly and helpful, not pushy just explaned the process of buying.
Suki the manager over saw all the transactions and was excellent.
100% recomend buying a car off these guys.

I went to V12 sports and classics to look at a new vehicle. I was greeted by Alex who was fantastic. I had a car to part ex and chose the new car I wanted both himself and the manager went above and beyond to help me. My overall experience was fantastic would definitely go back and use this company in future.

The car I bought was faulty

The car I bought was faulty. Engine check went on one day after purchase. They accepted to repair the car under warranty but that means I have been taking the car to the garage eversince I bough it and had to hold the line for half an hour each time I called the company or the warranty company to get authorisation for diag and repairs! I did not experience any peace of mind and have had to do without a car till now. They promised repairs within 8 hours in any garage! But it is actually the customer who has to find a garage that will fix the car quickly. All the warranty company offered was for a garage to call me within a day or two to book me in! God knows when the garage would do the repair! I will still prefer to buy a used car from a dealer than a private seller because you never know what is going to happen but the promises the sales people make when selling the car is nowhere close to reality.

Seems like a decent place to purchase a…

Seems like a decent-ish place to purchase a vehicle. Definitely a few tactics going on for upselling things like care packages, financial products etc - but of course, that's how dealers make a lot of their margin. Overall pretty pleased with the vehicle and the price I paid. There are a few issues I've noticed since purchase, like the paintwork needs some attention. I also asked V12 to do an MOT, service and wheel refurb on the vehicle which was done in just over 24 hours. The wheel refurb was a pretty poor job (not surprising considering how quickly it was all done). But given the issues with the paintwork, I'll just get that seen to myself in tandem.

Spare key was missing, agreed to go halves on a replacement once I supply the invoice.

I do feel like the price of the vehicle did reflect some of these issues, and at the end of the day it is a four year old used car. I'm not expecting perfection and I do think the overall deal was fair.

Also, for what it's worth my car came without mats, however nothing was said about purchasing new ones directly from v12.

Excellent service fast well oiled machine, promised on the px price no messing around . Friendly service ..

Only 1 criticism for me is that I wish the cars where better prepared and any cosmetic work needed to be done shouldn't be on what profit is on that particular vehicle...

Have you wits about you when buying from V12…

Have you wits about you when going here. Everything is rushed, they messed my paperwork up - Quoted me a cheaper monthly payment than it actually turned out to be with finance company and there is absolutely no support once you've driven the car away. ALSO, I WAS FORCED TO WRITE MY TRUSTPILOT REVIEW WHILST THEY WERE WATCHING OVER ME IN THE OFFICE, SO MANY OF THESE REVIEWS MAY NOT BE HONEST. I've since deleted the review I originally posted with a more honest one in my own time. Thankfully my car is ok but the sales is hard sell and figures given were not accurate so not totally trustworthy. Please don't be rushed through the process and make sure you find out everything before buying as once they've sold the car to you, they won't want to speak to you again.

I'll never buy from them again

Although I thought the sale experience was fine, with some unpleasant things like trying to pressure you into making a 5 stars review in front of them. There was noting alarming.
A week after getting the car I noticed the car records shows as untaxed, so I contacted DVLA to correct the records and I was told the records are correct this vehicle isn't taxed. I told them I paid the car dealer to tax it when I got it, the record reflects an attempt on the day but the payment didn't go through. No one in V12 cared to try again or even notify me. I've been driving around for a whole week in an untaxed car.
The worst part is when I called them about it, I had to stay on hold for an hour to just speak to someone who told me he'll need to check this and get back to me either to tax it or refund my money so I can do it myself. That was 2 working days ago and I no one reached out. I tried calling again today and after staying on hold for 20 minutes I just hanged up and I'm here now writing the review. Let's see how long will them to reach out.
