The quality of hoodie was worst

The quality of hoodie was worst. The design was supposed to be embroidered but when the order was delivered it come out printed. It took more than 1 month to deliver. Wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from here again. Not worth the price.

Don’t waste your money

Terrible service. A month to get delivered. Dogs looked nothing like photos sent or even like dogs. Hoodies sizing was terrible and when I asked for a refund I was only offered a 50% refund. PayPal also would not refund. My 6 year old son could have done a better job.

Hilarious fail but 0 customer service

I wrote that I wanted a heart in a pretty obvious way I put the quote that was on the board then wrote (can I get a heart) nobody reached out to confirm this they just printed literally love grows here (can I get a heart) which makes 0 sense then said I should have written it different or reached out. Anyways 0 accountability or customer service no apology. I would not order again.

Stay away from this company.

Stay away from this company.
Ordered a timber print wedding pic for our anniversary, delivery was longer than advised. When I received confirmation of delivery the package was nowhere to be found. Upon receiving photo evidence of delivery seems it wasn't my address. Kespire were no help saying I need to request refund from shipping company, while shipping company advised I need to deal with Kespire... round and round in circles I went. Kespire being quite rude at times as well. Thankfully Paypal has come to the party and honoured my refund, no thanks to Kespire. Can't image what the product quality would be like considering their quality of customer service!!

Need to work on picture quality and delivery

Glass was chipped on the side, box was damaged badly and picture quality could have been better. I was expecting much better because I've spend over £40. I wish I could send you guys some pictures to tell you what I exactly mean.

Do not buy from this website

I ordered an engraved anniversary gift and what arrived can only be described as a shambles. It looked nothing like what was advertised on the website (different font and different wood). Once I opened the packaging I discovered that the product was still dirty, the writing was misaligned with the wood and the bordering, and the spacing between the lines of the writing was unequal.

I reached out to the customer service team for a refund but was offered a remake (at cost to me for shipping), so I refused that. They then offered me a remake with cost of shipping included. I said I wanted a refund but they said they could only refund 20% and I would have to pay shipping to send the item back to them. So in the end I accepted the remake but explicitly stated I wanted a better quality item this time.

However, the remake arrived and was no better than the initial one I had received. So I haven't bothered reaching out to the customer service team again as nothing good will come of it.

Overall I can't recommend this site because it's just not a good product and it's essentially false advertising because what you buy does not look like what's on the website.

Really disappointed with the product

Really disappointed with the product. The photos I sent in where not laid out well and the result caused big gaps between some... I would have hoped the team behind this would have had more care and skill in producing the basketball photo frame.

This gift was for my dad and for £40 it's not worth it!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I really wish I checked views before I did, complete rookie mistake. The quality of my item is absolutely diabolical. I ordered one of those personalised jumpers, where you can add an image and names. The print image is nothing like what I asked for, there was a random paw print on the sleeve (printed), and the neck lining is discoloured. SHEIN quality is 100 Xs better than this tat. I don’t think I’d use it to even clean my floors with. Please save your money!! Took 3 weeks to deliver to UK. I’ve asked to return and refund. If they accept this I’ll amend the review to bump up the stars, as the communication has actually been good. Refused to return and refund. Very disappointed. Also isn’t it weird the have loads of 1* reviews with 2 or 3 5*’s thrown in? That screams fake reviews to me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Item received took longer than what website states. I needed to email to ask where my item was, only then did they dispatch it. When it arrived, it was the wrong colour, the embroidery looked nothing like the picture sent and the font changed half way through the name. Although photo evidence was provided on multiple occasions, the disrepectful replies I continued to receive when I asked for a refund prompted me to escalate the matter. I strongly suggest you do not buy from this site.

Cheap , shabby product

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered an illuminated skateboard , personalised. Thought it would be a nice extra gift for my 21 year old grandson. When received I could not believe how shabby this was. It could have been made by a child of 5 quite honestly. Flimsy plastic stuck together badly with glue. The name doesn’t light up . The wire looks like it has been used before and is about to break. I doubt if it will work for long quite honestly. However, it won’t get the chance as I would rather throw it in the bin than cause myself embarrassment by giving it to him . I asked for a refund as I knew I couldn’t return it due to the fact that it had been personalised (ie. Written on ) After many e mails to each other I was finally offered £15 being 30% of the original price. So I’ve still had to pay £35 for a lump of cheap plastic. I would strongly recommend that no one buys this and recommend the company drastically reduce its price or take it off their website. It is not as it appears. Customer service were dreadful. The company should not be trading.

Would not buy again

The product arrived later than advertised. The quality of the material for the price paid is very disappointing. The fabric used for the apron is a paper thin product that will provide minimal spill protection as well as the neck strap not having any adjustability.

Unsatisfactory

Didn’t get a shipping number until we complained and tried to with draw our payment. No approved design. We did then receive a shipping notice after going through PayPal. We then received our poor quality garment very small (ordered a medium got a very small) that looked unfinished with badly finished embroidered,Not at all what I was expecting.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, took 5 weeks for item to be delivered and they couldn’t give me an estimated delivery date, the wrong item then arrived which they offered to re do I declined as I needed the item for that week (a birthday gift) they then will only offer a 30% refund + deduction of shipping costs which is absolutely crazy o paid £37 for this gift, I just want my money back.
