I have been using chemist4u for my mounjaro weight loss journey and they have been amazing from day one, very helpfull and always sending me emails with lots of info and tips for my weight loss, even when i ordered wegovy by mistake it was sorted out very quickly with no issues. Will continue to stay with them for my journey.

Straight forward process of ordering. Had a slight issue with something which was resolved quickly. Item was dispatched that day and I received the next day. I wasn’t supposed to receive it 2-3dsys. So I was extremely happy. Would most definitely recommend to family and friends

The product was out of stock, but the order was processed anyway. No updates from them. I had to chase them to see what was happening. I got a 50% credit on the shipping, and the product was delivered within 7 days.
They need to be more proactive in dealing with issues. Had they notified me first, I would have given 5 stars. Overall, great service, they just need to pay attention to the customer a little more.

Ordering process easy as was the vetting process. Package arrived on time. Only slight issue was that the packaging was squashed when it arrived. This didn't affect the product though.

Products arrived quickly. Only thing that I had trouble with was trying to add the items to my basket when placing my order The site wouldn't let me add my items to the basket. In the end I decided to swap from my phone and use my tablet to place the order which worked eventually.
