I am so happy with my new windows! Steve and Kye are expert window fitters and thoroughly nice people. They talked me through everything that they were doing and fitted six windows over two days including two beautiful bay windows at the front of the house. I chose flush windows and they have improved the look of the house as well as the sound and heat insultation inside. Steve and Kye are brilliant and Amber Windows are very lucky to have them as part of the team.

Had our windows and doors fitted by Amber Windows and what a fantastic job they have done . They left our house spotless and the fitters were such nice guys. We went for the Elegance range in Agate Grey with Oak colour doors and all I can say is wow they look at lot better then we expected. We are really pleased.

Richard and Steve replaced the windows and roof on our conservatory. They were real craftsmen and did an excellent job. We chose the Ambi Blue roof glass which we would highly recommend as it filters out the harsh glare. The job took a little longer than anticipated because our old conservatory was harder to dismantle than had been assumed but nothing was too much trouble and they were professional and perfectionist throughout. We have a stone house and Richard mixed the mortar to achieve a colour match which was absolutely perfect. My wife and I would highly recommend them as a top team.

I first of all thank you wholeheartedly to Paul and all team members for the unparalleled job done for fixing my home windows....it became incredible when a small job was pointed to the gentlemen which should have done with small repairs and looked a new however not compromising on quality they changed the whole window we were surprised at this gesture thank you once again...

Sick to death of bloody sales calls! We had work done on our house many years ago, which neither me nor my husband can fault, however, we recieve monthly calls from the sales teams trying to sell us. There us nothing more they can do to our house & we have repeatedly asked them to remove us from their lists. We have both blocked numbers they have called from & now they just call from private numbers, which due to personal circumstances I have to answer. It's like harassment & unsure what else to do, other than become rude on the phone which is not me!

Amber windows won't stop calling my parents house. They spoke to my dad several years ago, and now they keep calling and asking to speak to him. He died two years ago and this upsets my mom who is still there. I've answered the phone to them twice, told them hes dead and asked them to delete the number and stop calling but they still keep calling. Absolute scumbags

My experience with this company has been nothing but positive. I was only after a. quote initially however, I did do my research I knew what I wanted and had a budget in mind.
I can’t remember the sales guy, however was lovely and explained everything to me at the time. I booked there and then. Ted the surveyor came to call later that week. Equally friendly and put my mind at rest. This installation was a big deal for me and I was really hoping today was going to go well.
Ian fit my door today. I can’t say how pleased I am with the service and the people that work for Amber. They are a credit to you. Ian explained everything to me and even supervised me using my key for the first time.
This was helpful as it’s a totally different locking mechanism to my other door.
The fitting looks 10/10 and has transformed my little home. I’ve sent photos to all a sundry showing off my new door!
I would recommend you guys to anyone asking for work done… in the words of Arnie “I’ll be back”

If I could give 6 stars I would! Absolutely fantastic service. Daniel and Gavin (I hope I got thier names correct!) were amazing !i had new windows fitted throughout my entire house and they did the job in 1 and a bit days .They came and literally didn't stop working. They completed the job to the highest standard and I couldn't be happier , the finish is immaculate. They left no mess and were really polite and friendly , I was speechless with the results and the speed and efficiency of the work was outstanding . Can't thank them enough . Highly recommend these guys .

Throughout the whole process, Fred was working closely with us who always gave us prompt reply when we asked him questions or required his advice. He is very professional and helpful. We really appreciate his fantastic work. On the day of the installation, Ian and Gavin were very friendly and efficient. They completed the work in one day which is really amazing.
