Excellent service from Anthony and Tara. They arrived earlier than scheduled visit, and accommodated my request to connect the filter to both hot and cold water valves. They ensured the work area were cleaned up thoroughly after the installation. Highly recommend their service.

I had a wonderful experience with the company. They delivered the machine right on time and everything was installed very neatly with no connections in sight. We asked for an extra connection to be able to fill a longer bottle, which Micheal installed and its neatly tucked away on one side. The service provided was exceptional.
The machine has a child lock for hot water which a big plus point for homes with toddlers. The water tastes great and I regret not getting a purifier sooner, it frees you from the hassle of weekly water delivery and then lifting the heavy bottles to take inside.

Michael cleaned and changed our water filter. He did it very well coz when he finished I see that the water i clear no bubbles even after cleaning. I want him to clean our filter the next time again.

Michael and Ellen are very good! they cleaned the machine like never before, this is the first time I saw the machine get cleaned properly, previous visits was not like this.

We are always delighted with the way the staffs communicate with us! From booking the slot and information request, they always provide a complete information.
