No customer service

Their customer service has stopped responding after I noticed that they did not provide a correct invoice. For 2 months I am trying to get a response regarding my query and have been ignored. After pointing out that thier 'invoice' it's just a screenshot of their shopify order, they have ghosted me. I am chasing evry few days, and there is no response. There is no other way of contacting them besides 1 email address. Not to mention missing items from my order.

Product itself is not great

Product itself is not great, I ordered something by mistake, emailed customer services straight away to cancel that product they said no, tried to return but had to pay £3.50 for the tiniest box , said I could not return Royal Mail .

Poor Customer Service

I purchased the brow sculpt ($24) from Sephora and the applicator stopped working (the stopper came undone allowing globs of product on the brush). I first went to Sephora to see if they could replace it, and they denied it since it was beyond the 30 day window (I was about 60 days out since I only use the product 1 - 2x/week).

I contacted REFY to let them know of the issue and how I attempted to go back to Sephora and they told me there was nothing they could do since it wasn't purchased directly through them (despite it being their product). They also took 5 days to respond to my inquiry. Now I have more than 1/2 a tube of useless (very expensive) brow gel.

Excellent customer service

Had to return a product as I had chosen the wrong shade. Alyssa at Refy asked for a photo of me so that she could offer advice on my required shade, organised the return and followed up to make sure everything was ok. The product came today and the shade is PERFECT. Amazing coverage, smooth and easy to apply. Will be buying more

My parcel arrived with no items inside…

My parcel arrived with no items inside the parcel and issues with the damaged box I had emailed and contacted the instagram page, via email I was told two days ago I would get a replacement where I stated I did not want a replacement as I was going abroad however I STILL have not heard back. Order 924950

A very bad concealer that does not…

A very bad concealer that does not cover well even if you shake it. Bad experience

overhyped

It is a legit company and delivery is quick and so on. I am not sold on the quality of the products - any of the ones I ordered. I didn’t love. There is no need to reinvent the wheel and make these “creative” applications, such as the brow sculpt of the weird mascara that’s very hard to apply. Going back to classics. Lip glosses were okayish.

I would order again and again :)

Hi! Just received my order from REFY yesterday. In a nutshell, the whole experience - WONDERFUL!:)

The delivery to Denmark was quick and problem free: ordered Sunday afternoon, collected Wednesday afternoon. Tracking provided on Monday.

The packaging is a separate form of aesthetic art! The box itself is just plain white (thick carton that protects the goods well!), but when you open it... my my...how aesthetically pleasing that all looks! The products are wrapped in mate sheer paper, closed together by a mate simple recycled-looking sticker. You also get a cute "Thank you for your order" card. I also got a gift cap, it is of nice quality and comes in a branded white fabric bag :)

Will not say anything about the quality of the products as I have not tried it all yet. But the packaging is of course top tier, looks minimal but so pleasing! Only yet tried my Sculpt Mascara and it is a piece of art! Great job, guys :*)

I honestly loved the full experience and am very eager to place another order!

I love the new lip blush I got !

I love the new lip blush I got !! The colour looks soo good on me . The eye balm has helped reduce concealer creasing so much I’m defo buying more when it runs out :)

I am in love with every single detail in this brand!!

From the beginning when I saw refi brand, I love the main idea the simplicity I love the packaging. I love the idea then I go for the website also I love the way they present the items .. until I get the product I love the packaging. I love the delivery time every single details. It's beautiful.

Amazing, highly recommend

Amazing products

Never received my whole order.

Never received my whole order.

I made my first order from Refy ordering a blush and bronzer, after waiting weeks for my order, it finally arrived with only the blush inside. I then contacted Refy through their support email address and Instagram dm’s to query the missing item in my order to which I was met with no response. Two months later I have still not received a response or the other half of my order even though the money for the product has been taken and not refunded to me.

Very disappointed.

My order is still on its way

My order is still on its way, but I wanted to write a short review to a kind Refy employee. I did not receive any notification about the status of my package, so I contacted customer service to get an update. Unfortunately, my address was not acceptable, but Alyssa patiently helped me choose from several solutions. Since I was worried about ordering my package to a remote address, Alyssa is helping to keep track of my package’s status and informs me about it. I have never had the chance to interact with such a helpful and kind customer service representative before! I can’t wait to try the products!

Unsatisfactory Packaging Heat Damage: Additionally, the box containing the product was quite hot upon arrival, which has affected the product itself.


Missing Free REFY Cap: Your promotional material stated that I would receive a free REFY Cap with my order. However, the cap was not included in the package I received.

Packaging Discrepancy: The packaging of the product did not match the quality and presentation depicted on your Instagram and website. It was smaller than expected and arrived in poor condition, which was disappointing given the initial impression created by your online presence.

Heat Damage: Additionally, the box containing the product was quite hot upon arrival, which has affected the product itself.
