Being new to Heypiggy, I expected to have a bump or two on this new road. But, I have been proven wrong. It's been a smooth transition from my old survey app. My one and only issue, was my second pay out. I reached out to Piggy via email and noted that it might be a little while before my issue was resolved. Of course I was a bit peeved because I'd left my previous survey app because of their unresponsiveness to a legitimate question that I wasn't able to find an answer to. To my surprise, Heypiggy responded to my email almost immediately and resolved my issue within an hour of contacting them. It was a small glitch in the matrix, and it taken care of in a friendly, professional manner. I felt heard, and that's something that's very important to me. I believe now that this road isn't going to be as bumpy as I thought it might. So far it's been a smooth journey.

Great survey provider! Lots of high paying surveys, and once verified and paid(first time could take around 24hrs, it did my first time). After that, I've been paid promptly, EVERY SINGLE TIME! Within 10 minutes, you get paid. Only little complaints I have are that the app is slightly buggy and my biggest gripe about heypiggy is that after I take a survey and successfully finish, all the other surveys just disappear and no more show up for at least 20 hours, it's extremely annoying it's also a really, REALLY stupid idea often prevents me from being able to make any useful amount of money, if it wasn't for that, heypiggy wound be my primary goto survey site.

It one of the only few apps that give you amazon gift cards at £1 so there is no waiting days to build up loads of points to then get a small return plus redeming gift cards is all email no giving out account details great app :-D

I like this way to take surveys but it's difficult when you can't qualify for a survey or you invest 10 minutes of questions and you don't get the money or you get 2 cents. It's fun though.

Did a few surveys....made $8.37 and decided to cash out $5 via PayPal to see if I'd actually get the money before I invested any more of my time. The $5 was deducted from my balance but never received the money in my PayPal. Contacted support they responded it was a glitch and that they are working on it. Now I've seen several reviews recently say the same exact thing and they have been waiting a while with no resolution. Usually these issues can be resolved pretty quickly with a quick look at an account to determine that the person did make the cash out and the amount was deducted from their balance and then just initiate the payout. But the fact it's taking so long to fix this I'm guessing they aren't going to resolve it or can't. At any rate I won't be doing any more surveys until I actually get payed for my first redeem request.

I really like that I don't have to go for days or even weeks without being "elligable" for a survey. I take all different kinds of surveys and earn a few dollars every so many days. It is really kool.

They have great surveys that pays well most surveys are very enjoyable I would say other than most apps. The payout process is very quick and easy when you connect your PayPal account

Started off good first cash out but after I got halfway through the second I no longer got surveys despite always being available . Despite others have experienced this within the reviews, support suggest we keep checking.. It's been almost 8 days so either support does not know how to resolve the issue or are withholding the real reason. Either way I would take precautions and read reviews before.

Been all Good for a while but I cashed out £5 to PayPal and it's deducted my balance but now even showing I've withdrawn it, I haven't been paid it and its not even showing in redeemed vouchers or anything.
Had to do about 18 surveys and spend hours of my time for this to happen! Customer support email is 5 days wait too.

This app is totally legit I've made over 30$ so far and I've done 50 plus surveys and plan on doing lots more . Cash out is easy and there's plenty of options on how you can get your money 😄. The surveys very in length and most have a quick time . The longer ones you can make more money usually so use this app it pays to survey hands down. They give you check marks on the ones you most likely will qualify for . There's just those surveys we just dont qualify for so don't be discouraged that's just the breaks man . Overall I have enjoyed the pay out into my ACH choice, its in my bank account $5 dollars at a time in two days. Love

Heypiggy is simple to navigate, making it good for everyone, even if they aren't good with technology. Many of the surveys are interesting, easy to read and understand. The amount of time needed to cash out the least of money you can cash out is just right. Also, there are no issues with the payment and it comes fast. The reason i didn't gave it five stars is because some surveys take a little bit longer than expected but it's not that big of a problem. All in all, Heypiggy is a trustworthy platform that is worth the time.

They pay more for surveys than most sites. They also pay out really quickly once requested. The only downside is that there aren't many surveys in the start, but as you progress more and more surveys will pop up.
