A new little piggy
Being new to Heypiggy, I expected to have a bump or two on this new road. But, I have been proven wrong. It's been a smooth transition from my old survey app. My one and only issue, was my second pay out. I reached out to Piggy via email and noted that it might be a little while before my issue was resolved. Of course I was a bit peeved because I'd left my previous survey app because of their unresponsiveness to a legitimate question that I wasn't able to find an answer to. To my surprise, Heypiggy responded to my email almost immediately and resolved my issue within an hour of contacting them. It was a small glitch in the matrix, and it taken care of in a friendly, professional manner. I felt heard, and that's something that's very important to me. I believe now that this road isn't going to be as bumpy as I thought it might. So far it's been a smooth journey.
