I was very impressed from the start when speaking to Martin. He explained the process clearly to me and made me relaxed. Leanne was his colleague and was very good. She regularly communicated with me throughout the whole process and was easy to speak to when explaining my problem. The entire experience was made very straightforward and I was helped every step of the way promptly and efficiently. I can fully recommend this firm.

Believe have an amazing team who really listened to my needs, were sensitive to my personal situation and gave great advice. The whole process was smooth and they kept me informed every step of the way. In particular Courtney was fantastic and reassured me and kept me on track with all the paperwork. Leah and Emily were fantastic, they were very professional throughout, however although probably not their fault the process took a lot longer than predicted and there were constant hoops to jump through. It became frustrating at times but even more so that it took too long, so my renovation has been delayed due to time availability. I do fully appreciate that the lender has to throughly check all applications, and the process is not quite as straight forward.
