Amazing company. I've been with 20i for 7+ years and it's the most competent company i've dealt with. Nothing is a hassle, the support is quick (and good) and the uptime is exceptional. I can't fault 20i, if you're looking for any type of hosting solution use 20i.

Been with 20i now 5+ years

Upgraded to a cloud server, and due to poor knowledge believed that they "stole" resources to get upgrades. Out of frustration, I went to 4 other hosting, that were a lot cheaper as well, Hostinger, Cloudways,Interserve and inmotionhosting. Not one of them could get the website run on the same resources than 20i.com So you get what you pay for, 20i.com's team was the only team that could identify the risk and fix the issues. So just my 2 cents, I end up paying more, for less, as you cant buy knowledge, so the 30% you do pay more for resources, your get 50% back in online help and knowledge, and for great services and the knowing that your site will always be running.

I cannot recommend 20i enough. Shout out to Jake and Scott on customer service. Jake was able to restore my website completely. Without that I would have lost my whole business. Always great service from 20i. I have had a reseller account for around a year and my experience has been second to none. We have a lot of hosted packages on 20i and the standard of service and support has always been very high. From non-technical to highly technical support they have never failed to help me get the bottom of any issues. In my experience with other providers, tech support can look down their nose a bit at some questions but I've always found 20i support to be helpful and friendly. Keep up the amazing work!

We have been with quite a few hosting companies over the years and finally found our pot of gold at the end of the rainbow in 20i.

It is always with a sense of trepidation that I submit a service ticket to 20i as I prefer to fix things myself and hate to bother anyone for assistance.

BUT, time after time 20i's server techs come up trumps with their politeness and attention to detail whilst solving our little hiccups.

And did I mention that their costings are really fair - probably more fair to us than to them I must hasten to add.

The service we have received from Joshua M—20i Support has been outstanding. Moving from another supplier has not been a problem. Five websites moved and up and running in a few hours. Our previous supplier was still making changes three months after moving our domain names. I can't thank Joshua enough!

Dreadful company. Overpriced too. I was trying to register a domain for email only. Their online help is difficult to understand. When I raise support tickets all I get is copy and paste links to the unfathomable online help. When they do go off script and try to give a personal answer their solution does not work. I'm requesting a refund and taking my business elsewhere.

This company has probably the best support I have ever encountered in webhosting (and I have been involved with website building for 20+ years).
They will go a long way to ensure that issues are resolved quickly and your whole system is working the best way for you, not just the basic hosting.
