I want to fix the error. I am trying to update svn from my terminal on Ubuntu OS. But it is showing the following error.

svn: E175013: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: E175013: POST of '/!svn/me': 403 Forbidden (​https://themes.svn.wordpress.org)

I tried to find solution from Google but could not find any helpful solution. I also tried to find solution from WordPress support forums. I need someone help how I can update my code.

Themes does not have access to svn like the plugins do. All updates need to be uploaded via ​https://wordpress.org/themes/getting-started/
