I have had a quick look at the theme and at this point, it does not follow the requirements.

I am closing this ticket because theme has lots of issues. Please go through the Theme Review Guideline - ​https://make.wordpress.org/themes/handbook/review/required/ very carefully. Please fix your theme accordingly. Reviewer is allowed to close if there are more than 3+ distinct issues. If ticket is closed with such 3+ issues, then your new theme update would have to go through review queue again to get another round of review.

The Theme Review Team does not hard reject themes, we want you to resubmit your theme, but we need you to read the requirements more carefully.

If the requirements are unclear, let us know so that we can continue to improve them.
