1. You can only have one admin notice (except the TGMPA one)

2. The skip link button doesn't have a background color, it's unreadable.

   • L185 Please use $length as a function argument and add: if ( is_admin() ) return $length;
   • L194 Please use $more as a function argument and add: if ( is_admin() ) return $more;

4. screenshot
   • remove any mentions of theme features or options. It shouldn't look like an AD
