This theme is out of date, has many security issues and no support.

It should no longer be available on Themeforest and we should be refunded the full purchase price. This has caused so many headaches it is unbelievable.

There is a lot to love about this theme, but on the whole it is frustrating. The search turns up entirely random, useless information--the opposite of what we need in a knowledge base. The pages are very hard to manage, and the documentation is rudimentary.

Hello.
Since PHP-Version 7.2 the Theme throws an Error:

Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /wp-content/themes/knowledgepress/template-knowledgebase.php on line 98

I downloadet the latest Version of the Theme...why it can be, that it throw this Error?

And only for fixing this, i dont want to renew the support!!! The Theme has to work fine also in PHP-Version 7.2

for Documentation Quality

The documentation is incomplete and the import doesn't really match the example on your page. Also the version of visual composer is old.

for Design Quality

Don't be fooled by the promises, it is NOT quick and easy at all to set this up. It will look nothing like the demo 'out of the box' and even with the added instructions from customer support (which responded quite quickly, I have to give them that) I wasn't able to get it to work properly. The included documentation feels more like 'bonus tips' than actually telling you how to setup the theme. Waste of time and money.

This theme is beautiful and to the point for what it's made for.

Would have give 5 stars if it's updated more often.

Left a comment and sent two support requests months ago with zero response. Worst support I've ever seen on ThemeForest.

The theme structure makes very difficult to make a custom childtheme.

Changing my 5 star review to a 3 star. This is a great theme, but it hasn't been updated with new features or bug fixes since April of 2016 even after submitting several bugs to the author. This author also created a plugin of the same name that has more features and WAS getting frequent updates until again the updates almost stopped. This is really the best theme and plugin available on the market that we've used for this purpose, even without a ticketing feature. It's a shame it's gone to the wayside. With a such a great product PressApps could release more features and sell it for money but currently there's zero reason to renew a license since it doesn't get updated any longer and the support site doesn't distinguish between the theme and the plugin, making it hard to find support for either one. The two should be separated since each has their own features.

As others have said, customer support is nonexistent. This is unfortunate because that is something you are paying for. I submitted a ticket for a simple request over 6 days ago and have never received a response.

There are other knowledge base themes out there that have excellent support. This is not one. Look elsewhere.
