Coke Zero Sugar 400 är ett stockcarlopp ingående i Nascar Cup Series som körs över 160 varv (400 miles, 643,737 km) på den 2,5 mile långa ovalbanan Daytona International Speedway i Daytona Beach i Florida i USA. Loppet har körts årligen sedan 1959 och är ett av två Nascar-Cup-lopp som årligen som körs på Daytona, det andra är Daytona 500. Åren 1959-1987 kördes loppet alltid på USA:s självständighetsdag, 4 juli.
