Synopsis[]
SpongeBob is feeding Gary when he hears Narlene's sea mule braying outside his house and goes to check on it. The mule spits out a leaf telling him to play a record player he is carrying. SpongeBob plays it and hears a message from Nobby saying that he, Patrick, and Sandy are invited to Bikini Holler for the annual bumblejelly harvest. They arrive and meet up with Narlene and Nobby. However, they end up crossing into Plankton territory. Narlene explains that her family has been feuding with the Planktons over ownership of the bumblejelly fields for generations.
Nobby brings the group to the bumblejelly trees, where Narlene introduces her family. When the harvest ends, they all celebrate at the festival, only for it to be invaded by the Planktons. The Planktons fire potatoes, and the Narwhals fight back by throwing shoes. The Planktons approach them wearing the shoes, but call for a truce, because Patrick ate all their potatoes. SpongeBob and Sandy cheer, and they celebrate with the Narwhal and Plankton families.

Trivia[]
General[]
- This episode, alongside "Squidiot Box," "Blood is Thicker Than Grease," its sister episode, "Mooned!," "Hysterical History," and "Kreepaway Kamp" serve as this season's 25th anniversary specials.
- In its press listing, it is listed as a "sequel episode," likely to "Blood is Thicker Than Grease." It also seems to take elements from "Something Narwhal This Way Comes," involving a plankton-related feud.
- Both this and "Blood is Thicker Than Grease" feature the Plankton family.
- This episode was scheduled to premiere in Germany on June 23, 2024, but was replaced with a rerun of "Whale of a Birthday."
- This is the fourth episode edited by Nicolas Carr to not use any "Hot Steel and Slide Licks." The other three are "Fun-Sized Friends," "Welcome to Binary Bottom," and "A Skin Wrinkle in Time."
- The first time this episode was reran in the United States (1 and a half hours after its premiere), it was paired up with a rerun of "Something Narwhal This Way Comes" and aired after a rerun of "Upturn Girls." All three episodes involve Narlene and Nobby.
- The plankton featured on the "Plankton Territory" sign are the same ones featured in the logo for United Plankton Pictures, Inc..
- Despite the Plankton family mainly appearing in this episode, Plankton himself is suprisingly absent from the episode and isn't even mentioned or pictured, making this the first episode where the Plankton family appears and Plankton is absent.
- The title card is similar to that of "Club SpongeBob."
- This marks the first episode where Narlene and Nobby appear in SpongeBob SquarePants together in 2 years since "Upturn Girls."
