Lones Wigger

Lones Wesley Wigger Jr. (August 25, 1937 – December 14, 2017) was an American sports shooter. In his shooting career, he won 111 medals, including three Olympic medals. He won a gold and silver medal at the 1964 Olympics and a gold medal at the 1972 Olympics. He was also a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army. He was born in Great Falls, Montana.

Wigger died of pancreatic cancer on December 14, 2017 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was 80.[1]
