Description

As the Product Platform team builds the patch so that EntitySchemas can be returned as wikibase-entityid through the Action API, we must also continue to make changes on the EntitySchema side.

This includes:

Making changes to EntitySchema to make use of the new mechanism
Fixing bugs
Enabling Action API functionality
Enabling LUA functionality

Acceptance Criteria

The patch is merged to Beta and Test and ready for testing
The changes in the subtasks are complete
